Annette Jaffe InteriorsOur Long Island studio used a bright, neutral palette to create a cohesive ambiance in this beautiful lower level designed for play and entertainment. We used wallpapers, tiles, rugs, wooden accents, soft furnishings, and creative lighting to make it a fun, livable, sophisticated entertainment space for the whole family. The multifunctional space has a golf simulator and pool table, a wine room and home bar, and televisions at every site line, making it THE favorite hangout spot in this home.

WhitespaceThe home’s half-bedroom—repurposed into a den—is designed equally for intimate soirées and marathon movie nights. Dark grey walls, wooden flooring, a grey casual sectional sofa and a pine wood bench weave a picture of warmth and comfort.
Alison Giese InteriorsA prior great room addition was made more open and functional with an optimal seating arrangement, flexible furniture options. The brick wall ties the space to the original portion of the home, as well as acting as a focal point.
mercer INTERIORThis space was previously closed off with doors on two sides, it was dark and uninviting to say the least. This family of avid readers needed both a place for their book collection and to move more freely through their home.
Alair Homes PlanoThese homeowners really wanted a full garage space where they could house their cars. Their one car garage was overflowing as a storage space and they felt this space could be better used by their growing children as a game room. We converted the garage space into a game room that opens both to the patio and to the driveway. We built a brand new garage with plenty of room for their 2 cars and storage for all their sporting gear! The homeowners chose to install a large timber bar on the wall outside that is perfect for entertaining!
