A luxurious primary bedroom, a serene primary bath haven, a grand dining room, an impressive office retreat, and an open-concept kitchen that flows seamlessly into the main living spaces, perfect for after-work relaxation and family time, all the essentials for the ideal home for our clients! Wood tones and textured accents bring warmth and variety in addition to this neutral color palette, with touches of color throughout. Overall, our executed design accomplished our client's goal of having an open, airy layout for all their daily needs! And who doesn't love coming home to a brand-new house with all new furnishings?

Haven Design and ConstructionThe cozy Mid Century Modern family room features an original stacked stone fireplace and exposed ceiling beams. The bright and open space provides the perfect entertaining area for friends and family. A glimpse into the adjacent kitchen reveals walnut barstools and a striking mix of kitchen cabinet colors in deep blue and walnut.
Meyer DesignThe modern farmhouse great room is a stunning gathering space that combines rustic charm with contemporary elegance. A grand stone fireplace serves as the focal point, its textured surface adding warmth and natural beauty to the room. Above, coffered ceilings with black accents create architectural interest, adding depth and a touch of modern sophistication. The room is finished with plush seating, soft textiles, and farmhouse-inspired decor, perfectly balanced with black light fixtures and trim details that add contrast and polish. Large windows invite abundant natural light, enhancing the inviting, open atmosphere. This space effortlessly blends comfort with style, making it ideal for family gatherings and entertaining.

The staging was selected to emphasize the light and airy finishes and natural materials and textures used throughout. Neutral color palette with calming touches of blue were used to create a serene lifestyle experience.
Aundrea Bakare Designs, LLCThis large, open family room became the center of the home by adding large yet refined lounge sofas, plush velvet accent chairs, and warm accents with pops of pattern that beckon this young family and their many visitors to sit, get comfortable, and stay awhile.
Laura Lee HomeThis Great room is where the family spends a majority of their time. A large navy blue velvet sectional is extra deep for hanging out or watching movies. We layered floral pillows, color blocked pillows, and a vintage rug fragment turned decorative pillow on the sectional. The sunny yellow chairs flank the fireplace and an oversized custom gray leather cocktail ottoman does double duty as a coffee table and extra seating. The large wood tray warms up the cool color palette. A trio of openwork brass chandeliers are scaled for the large space. We created a vertical element in the room with stacked gray stone and installed a reclaimed timber as a mantel.
Kitchens By LombcoWe designed and built this family room addition off the back of the house. Designed for entertaining with a custom made two tier bar, and a black stone accent wall with a niche for a fireplace and tv above.

Lucy Johnson Interior DesignThis homeowner of a Mid-Century house wanted to update the Fireplace finishes and add seating, while keeping the character of the house intact. We removed the faux slate floor tile and the traditional marble/wood mantels. I added recessed cans and a Designer light fixture that enhanced our modern aesthetic. Dimensional stone tile on the fireplace added texture to our subtle color scheme. Large drywall spaces provided background for any type of artwork or tv in this airy, open space. By cantilevering the stone slab we created extra seating while enhancing the horizontal nature of Mid-Centuries. A classic “Less Is More” design aesthetic.
