Homework Design.Build.RemodelThe beautiful emerald tile really makes this remodel pop! For this project, we started with a new deep soaking tub, shower niche, and Latricrete Hydro-Ban waterproofing. The finishes included emerald green subway tile, Kohler Brass fixtures, and a Kohler sliding shower door. We finished up with a few final touches to the mirror, lighting, and towel rods.
Adeline Ray Design StudioThis bathroom has zero storage before we remodeled it. We added a freestanding vanity with drawers to replace the pedestal sink that was there before.

August InteriorsThis project involved 2 bathrooms, one in front of the other. Both needed facelifts and more space. We ended up moving the wall to the right out to give the space (see the before photos!) This is the master bathroom, which suffered before from being dark, outdated, and non-functional. My client and I call this "organic glam". we wanted a spa-like bath but with some color. I decided on an earthy, organic palette of taupes, grays, and green. We ditched the tub for a walk-in shower. Satin brass fixtures, a teak vanity, acrylic accessories add to the luxe feel.
Delicious Kitchens & Interiors, LLCA rain head shower in matte black is mounted on an extension arm allowing a better shower experience. Rocks and tile in soothing spa colors complete the shower.

The Property SistersThis vintage style bathroom was inspired by it's 1930's art deco roots. The goal was to recreate a space that felt like it was original. With lighting from Rejuvenation, tile from B&W tile and Kohler fixtures, this is a small bathroom that packs a design punch. House of LA master bath gets reinvented into a luxurious spa-like retreat in tranquil shades of aqua blue, crisp whites and rich bittersweet chocolate browns. A mix of materials including glass tiles, smooth riverstone rocks, honed granite and practical porcelain create a great textural palette that is soothing and inviting. The symmetrical vanities were anchored on the wall to make the floorplan feel more open and the clever use of space under the sink maximizes cabinet space. Oversize La Cava vessels perfectly balance the vanity tops and bright chrome accents in the plumbing components and vanity hardware adds just enough of a sparkle. Photo by Pete Maric.
KODA InteriorsThis bathroom makes for a great before and after. The before was a total flashback to design gone wrong. The after is nothing short of stunning.
The beautiful hand made tile is a great focal point and is kept from overpowering the space by keeping it on the back walls only. The other two walls are covered in a stacked rectified porcelain which is also used on the floor.
The modern wood veneer vanity provides plenty of storage for guests. Using a floating vanity versus a floor standing piece helps keep the room feeling open and spacious.

Studio FabbriThe ensuite shower room features herringbone zellige tiles with a bold zigzag floor tile. The walls are finished in sage green which is complemented by the pink concrete basin.
