Plain & PoshThe homeowners wanted to improve the layout and function of their tired 1980’s bathrooms. The master bath had a huge sunken tub that took up half the floor space and the shower was tiny and in small room with the toilet. We created a new toilet room and moved the shower to allow it to grow in size. This new space is far more in tune with the client’s needs. The kid’s bath was a large space. It only needed to be updated to today’s look and to flow with the rest of the house. The powder room was small, adding the pedestal sink opened it up and the wallpaper and ship lap added the character that it needed
Rainier Custom HomesThis master bath layout was large, but awkward, with faux Grecian columns flanking a huge corner tub. He prefers showers; she always bathes. This traditional bath had an outdated appearance and had not worn well over time. The owners sought a more personalized and inviting space with increased functionality.
The new design provides a larger shower, free-standing tub, increased storage, a window for the water-closet and a large combined walk-in closet. This contemporary spa-bath offers a dedicated space for each spouse and tremendous storage.

Pacific Coast Custom DesignBeautiful updates to dated spaces. We updated the master bathrooms and 2 guest bathrooms with beautiful custom vanities with recessed fronts. The beautiful gray finish works wonderfully with the Carrara marble and white subway tile. We created recessed soap niches in the guest bathrooms and a deluxe recessed niche with shelves in the master bathroom. The lovely gray and white palate gives a fresh calming feeling to these spaces. Now the client has the bathrooms of their dreams.
Archology, LLCThis is a very small master bathroom, but it's very efficient in providing a bathroom in a small footprint with a focal shower.
HALLETT & Co.The Oddingsells House master bath previously featured an oversized jetted tub that overwhelmed the small shower and vanity space. These outdated components were removed to enlarge the space and accommodate a new glass-walled shower, custom vanity with an engineered quartz countertop, and porcelain tile, all chosen to complement the historical features of the home. Heidi Reis / Abode Agency LLCThis Grant Park house was built in 1999. With that said, this bathroom was dated, builder grade with a tiny shower (3 ft x 3 ft) and a large jacuzzi-style 90s tub. The client was interested in a much larger shower, and he really wanted a sauna if squeeze it in there. Because this bathroom was tight, I decided we could potentially go into the large walk-in closet and expand to include a sauna. The client was looking for a refreshing coastal theme, a feel good space that was completely different than what existed.

Designers PointThe bathroom in our showroom is both a working bathroom and a showpiece.

Kat’s Plumbing Co.This large ensuite was the second bathroom we carried out in this family home. The same 6X6 wall tile which was used throughout the common bathroom accompanied a wooden look porcelain feature tile on the floor. A stunning textural tile which lays well on a perfectly flat slab.
Again, the main emphasis was on the walk-in tiled shower floor, wall-mounted vanity with under-mount lighting and freestanding bath spout.
Certain features such as the glass block window and bulkhead remained to save on structural costs, but tie in nicely with window ledge tile returns and square set ceiling.
Stone Art Design Home Design Center LLCMaster bathroom suite with a unique layout was a challenge due to the large windows and a small nook. The almost freestanding shower with a mosaic column is a showpiece in this room. Vaulted ceiling and beams add an open airy feeling to this one-of-a-kind master bathroom.
