Henrietta Heisler Interiors IncThis little laundry room uses hidden tricks to modernize and maximize limited space. The main wall features bumped out upper cabinets above the washing machine for increased storage and easy access. Next to the cabinets are open shelves that allow space for the air vent on the back wall. This fan was faux painted to match the cabinets - blending in so well you wouldn’t even know it’s there!
Between the cabinetry and blue fantasy marble countertop sits a luxuriously tiled backsplash. This beautiful backsplash hides the door to necessary valves, its outline barely visible while allowing easy access.
Making the room brighter are light, textured walls, under cabinet, and updated lighting. Though you can’t see it in the photos, one more trick was used: the door was changed to smaller french doors, so when open, they are not in the middle of the room. Door backs are covered in the same wallpaper as the rest of the room - making the doors look like part of the room, and increasing available space.
Covenant WoodworksThis stylish mud bench is set in a laundry room. It features and solid stained wood bench top, full depth drawers, upper open cubbies as well as enclosed shelving and oversized cove crown molding. Finished in decorator white and charcoal grey stain.
The English Tapware CompanyBeautiful classic tapware from Perrin & Rowe adorns the bathrooms and laundry of this urban family home.Perrin & Rowe tapware from The English Tapware Company. The mirrored medicine cabinets were custom made by Mark Wardle, the lights are from Edison Light Globes, the wall tiles are from Tera Nova and the floor tiles are from Earp Bros.

Mindframe IncThe laundry room is in the basement, and has access to a spacious below grade patio thanks to a massive floor to ceiling glass door. The counter top is marble, as well as the floor.
Jodie Carter DesignWho wouldn't want to do laundry in this room. The stunning black sink is complemented by the black accents in the handles and airing rail. There is a ton of storage for linen, brooms, ironing boards and general household supplies. The washing baskets are even customised inside the drawer beside the sink.

Another thoughtful addition is a space for a hook to help lift clothes to the hanging rack.

Tall storage for brooms, mops, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. Three pullout drawers with baskets for easy sorting of dirty clothes. The owner/user of this laundry is a very happy man.

La Costa Cabinets & DesignKeeping the machines where they were, storage was updated to include a broom closet and a small pantry, as well as folding space. A large window floods the space with light, reflecting off the white cabinets, white subway tile backsplash, and hexagonal white marble floor tiles. Baby blue walls and a blue patterned accent tile adds contrast and interest.
