This beautiful Shaker utility room, painted in Little Greene's Ambleside, has a timeless charm to it. The cabinetry is fitted with Armac Martin handles, thoughtfully repurposed by the client from her previous kitchen, adding a touch of nostalgia to the space. A standout feature is the Villeroy & Boch Belfast sink, perfectly complemented by the Perrin & Rowe Ionian 4193 Deck Mounted Tap in aged brass. Above, a Sheila Maid drying rack adds a practical touch, and the exposed wooden beam is a striking feature from which pendant lights hang, casting a warm and inviting glow over the room.

A utility that doubles up as a boot room with plenty of character. This utility room was designed with plenty of accessible storage so that dirty and clean clothes as well as wet weather gear and shoes could all be put away and not clutter up the floor space. It's not a huge room but it delivers everything it needs within the space. Painted in a calming green tone which contrasts with the black and white tiled floor.

De nombreux rangements sur mesure ont été réalisés dans les couloirs pour optimiser tous les espaces disponibles. Le papier peint à motifs fait écho aux lignes arrondies de la porte verrière réalisée sur mesure. Dans les chambres, on retrouve des couleurs chaudes qui renforcent l’esprit vacances de l’appartement. Les salles de bain et la buanderie sont également dans des tons de vert naturel associés à du bois brut. La robinetterie noire, toute en contraste, apporte une touche de modernité. The product used in this design is a scallop finished board painted in a porters green. Finished off with brass handles and delicious stone tops.

This reconfiguration project was a classic case of rooms not fit for purpose, with the back door leading directly into a home-office (not very productive when the family are in and out), so we reconfigured the spaces and the office became a utility room. The area was kept tidy and clean with inbuilt cupboards, stacking the washer and tumble drier to save space. The Belfast sink was saved from the old utility room and complemented with beautiful Victorian-style mosaic flooring. Now the family can kick off their boots and hang up their coats at the back door without muddying the house up!

Our dark green boot room and utility has been designed for all seasons, incorporating open and closed storage for muddy boots, bags, various outdoor items and cleaning products. No boot room is complete without bespoke bench seating. In this instance, we've introduced a warm and contrasting walnut seat, offering a cosy perch and additional storage below. To add a heritage feel, we've embraced darker tones, walnut details and burnished brass Antrim handles, bringing beauty to this practical room.

Home to a large family, the brief for this laundry in Brighton was to incorporate as much storage space as possible. Our in-house Interior Designer, Jeyda has created a galley style laundry with ample storage without having to compromise on style. We also designed and renovated the powder room. The floor plan of the powder room was left unchanged and the focus was directed at refreshing the space. The green slate vanity ties the powder room to the laundry, creating unison within this beautiful South-East Melbourne home. With brushed nickel features and an arched mirror, Jeyda has left us swooning over this timeless and luxurious bathroom

Located in the Canberra suburb of Old Deakin, this established home was originally built in 1951 by Keith Murdoch to house journalists of The Herald and Weekly Times Limited. With a rich history, it has been renovated to maintain its classic character and charm for the new young family that lives there. Opting for classic in frame cabinets in British racing green, with antique brass ironmongery, elevates this utility room and makes the space feel more substantial than your typical utility room.

The brief for our Belgrave project was to create a transitional style home that could blend both a traditional and contemporary look. The existing home had a small kitchen with a walk-in-pantry and an external door as well as a bathroom that doubled as a laundry. By using the pantry space to create a Euro Laundry that was accessible from the other side and removing the external door in the kitchen, we were able to give the client a much larger kitchen, euro laundry and separate bathroom that all made the best use of the available space. Our client was excited to use colour in the renovation, which is always a bit of fun. We selected a dark blue tone for the kitchen which was paired with a shaker style cabinetry profile, a butler's sink and antique brass handles, lights and tapware. A natural stone benchtop, subway tile splashback and touches of timber to match the new blackbutt flooring completed the look. To create a cohesive home, we carried through similar colours and finishes from the kitchen into the bathroom. We used the same timber for the cabinetry, the same subway tile for the walls and selected a ceppo di gre look tile with blue tones for the floors. However, in the european laundry, we chose to match the client's existing Laminex Green Slate robe cabinetry instead.

In this utility room, the washing machine and tumble dryer are neatly stacked and concealed behind a bespoke cabinet door that folds back and in, optimizing space while maintaining a seamless look. The cabinetry, painted in Little Greene's Ambleside, complements the room's soft, calming atmosphere. The dark grey and white tiled floor introduces a striking geometric pattern that adds a contemporary edge to the space.
