Full sized stacked washer and dryer fit perfectly with left over space for adjustable shelves to hold supplies. OC Builders GroupThis stunning renovation of the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room remodel that exudes warmth, style, and individuality. The kitchen boasts a rich tapestry of warm colors, infusing the space with a cozy and inviting ambiance. Meanwhile, the bathroom showcases exquisite terrazzo tiles, offering a mosaic of texture and elegance, creating a spa-like retreat. As you step into the laundry room, be greeted by captivating olive green cabinets, harmonizing functionality with a chic, earthy allure. Each space in this remodel reflects a unique story, blending warm hues, terrazzo intricacies, and the charm of olive green, redefining the essence of contemporary living in a personalized and inviting setting.
Guthmann ConstructionThe built-ins hide the washer and dryer below and laundry supplies and hanging bar above. The upper cabinets have glass doors to showcase the owners’ blue and white pieces. A new pocket door separates the Laundry Room from the smaller, lower level bathroom. The opposite wall also has matching cabinets and marble top for additional storage and work space.

Cummings Architecture + InteriorsThe new laundry room on the ground floor services the family of seven. Beige paint, white cabinets, two side by side units, and a large utility sink help get the job done. Wide plank pine flooring continues from the kitchen into the space. The space is made more feminine with red painted chevron wallpaper.

burlanes interiorsOur clients had been searching for their perfect kitchen for over a year. They had three abortive attempts to engage a kitchen supplier and had become disillusioned by vendors who wanted to mould their needs to fit with their product.
"It was a massive relief when we finally found Burlanes. From the moment we started to discuss our requirements with Lindsey we could tell that she completely understood both our needs and how Burlanes could meet them."
We needed to ensure that all the clients' specifications were met and worked together with them to achieve their dream, bespoke kitchen.
Laura Natkins, ArchitectMy client wanted to be sure that her new kitchen was designed in keeping with her homes great craftsman detail. We did just that while giving her a “modern” kitchen. Windows over the sink were enlarged, and a tiny half bath and laundry closet were added tucked away from sight. We had trim customized to match the existing. Cabinets and shelving were added with attention to detail. An elegant bathroom with a new tiled shower replaced the old bathroom with tub.

Kimberlee Marie InteriorsOur Seattle studio designed this stunning 5,000+ square foot Snohomish home to make it comfortable and fun for a wonderful family of six.
On the main level, our clients wanted a mudroom. So we removed an unused hall closet and converted the large full bathroom into a powder room. This allowed for a nice landing space off the garage entrance. We also decided to close off the formal dining room and convert it into a hidden butler's pantry. In the beautiful kitchen, we created a bright, airy, lively vibe with beautiful tones of blue, white, and wood. Elegant backsplash tiles, stunning lighting, and sleek countertops complete the lively atmosphere in this kitchen.
On the second level, we created stunning bedrooms for each member of the family. In the primary bedroom, we used neutral grasscloth wallpaper that adds texture, warmth, and a bit of sophistication to the space creating a relaxing retreat for the couple. We used rustic wood shiplap and deep navy tones to define the boys' rooms, while soft pinks, peaches, and purples were used to make a pretty, idyllic little girls' room.
In the basement, we added a large entertainment area with a show-stopping wet bar, a large plush sectional, and beautifully painted built-ins. We also managed to squeeze in an additional bedroom and a full bathroom to create the perfect retreat for overnight guests.
For the decor, we blended in some farmhouse elements to feel connected to the beautiful Snohomish landscape. We achieved this by using a muted earth-tone color palette, warm wood tones, and modern elements. The home is reminiscent of its spectacular views – tones of blue in the kitchen, primary bathroom, boys' rooms, and basement; eucalyptus green in the kids' flex space; and accents of browns and rust throughout.

Du Bois Design LtdThis laundry was designed several months after the kitchen renovation - a cohesive look was needed to flow to make it look like it was done at the same time. Similar materials were chosen but with individual flare and interest. This space is multi functional not only providing a space as a laundry but as a separate pantry room for the kitchen - it also includes an integrated pull out drawer fridge.
Courtney Thomas DesignA compact laundry space is placed carefully in the kitchen. Cleverly hidden away within a cabinet, the space has room for both the client's washer and dryer as well as some storage space above.
