Just a stone’s throw away from the hub of the home is where the sensational bootility is located. This means the home has been designed beyond expectations and a utility and boot room has been defined as one. With our bespoke solutions, you can have a space that elevates the concept and functionality of laundry rooms and a place to fulfil the not-so-attractive chores. Due to the size of the space, we had the opportunity to incorporate lots of different furniture to be the home for everything needed to make the ultimate bootility room. From integrated eye-level appliances to a pretty sink area to a storage bench, this room has it all! As you take a step inside this functional room you are greeted with a row of cabinets that conceal all the cleaning products as well as the built-in Miele washing machine and Miele tumble dryer. As you glide around the room we then come to an alluring sink area complete with a Shaws of Darwen Butler Sink and a Perrin and Rowe Juliet Sink Mixer with C-Spout and Rinse in Aged Brass. Beneath is a NEFF Dishwasher. These two sections are hand-painted in F&B Ammonite. Behind the doors of the next section, heavy outdoor coats can be concealed and the open shelving is perfect for outdoor accessories such as gloves and scarves. The bench seating helps put on boots and pull off shoes much easier and is finished with a plush cushion for comfort. This has been hand-painted in Railings by F&B. Even the boiler cupboard has been concealed behind our pleasing bespoke cabinetry! It’s all in the details with some of them flowing from the kitchen, for example, the Armac Martin Sparkbrook handles in burnished brass, the paint colour and the furniture! Pull-out laundry drawers to place the washing basket are one of the special features in the utility part of the room. Armac Martin Hat and Coat Hooks in burnished brass to hang outdoor wear is a special feature of the boot room. Notice the dark hardwood herringbone flooring with gold trim throughout the rooms? Every little detail has been thought of.

This kitchen used an in-frame design with mainly one painted colour, that being the Farrow & Ball Old White. This was accented with natural oak on the island unit pillars and on the bespoke cooker hood canopy. The Island unit features slide away tray storage on one side with tongue and grove panelling most of the way round. All of the Cupboard internals in this kitchen where clad in a Birch veneer. The main Focus of the kitchen was a Mercury Range Cooker in Blueberry. Above the Mercury cooker was a bespoke hood canopy designed to be at the correct height in a very low ceiling room. The sink and tap where from Franke, the sink being a VBK 720 twin bowl ceramic sink and a Franke Venician tap in chrome. The whole kitchen was topped of in a beautiful granite called Ivory Fantasy in a 30mm thickness with pencil round edge profile.

Continuation of the kitchen style, the utility has a double Belfast sink and plenty of storage to make it efficient and very useful.

A striking industrial kitchen, utility room and bar for a newly built home in Buckinghamshire. This exquisite property, developed by EAB Homes, is a magnificent new home that sets a benchmark for individuality and refinement. The home is a beautiful example of open-plan living and the kitchen is the relaxed heart of the home and forms the hub for the dining area, coffee station, wine area, prep kitchen and garden room. The kitchen layout centres around a U-shaped kitchen island which creates additional storage space and a large work surface for food preparation or entertaining friends. To add a contemporary industrial feel, the kitchen cabinets are finished in a combination of Grey Oak and Graphite Concrete. Steel accents such as the knurled handles, thicker island worktop with seamless welded sink, plinth and feature glazed units add individuality to the design and tie the kitchen together with the overall interior scheme.

Bespoke Laundry Cupboard

Laundry with concealed washer and dryer behind doors one could think this was a butlers pantry instead. Open shelving to give a lived in personal look.

Mirroring the delicate detailing found in the heart of the home, this utility features the same traditional lay-on panelled doors with bold mouldings, and the soft, warm tone of Dulux Candle Cream. Finishing touches such as the Hendel & Hendel Barrington dull nickel cup pulls with backplates and matching knobs bring consistency and charm to this hardworking space. To keep the function, the layout is a compact yet highly efficient galley-style design, optimised with a stacked configuration for the washing machine and dryer. It’s built and designed to maximise space without compromising on ease of use. A Shaws of Darwen Belfast sink sits proudly styled with a Milano Elizabeth cranked bridge mixer tap in chrome and white, echoing the kitchen setup, and the storage is highly effective with homes for cleaning products and the ironing board.
