Handmade Kitchen CoSophisticated and elegant, this bootility is designed to keep the space organised and stylish to match the rest of the home. Keeping the laundry chores out of view, this space has been delicately hand-painted in School House White by F&B just like the kitchen and built in our classic in-frame shaker style. There’s an abundance of space to store every cleaning product you can think of!
Further functions of the room include Bosch appliances at eye level, pull-out laundry basket drawers below, Misterio quartz worktops, a Shaws of Darwen sink and a Perrin & Rowe Ionian Tap with rinse and white porcelain levers.
Something we particularly love about this design is the handcrafted bench storage. The closed cabinets keep items neatly out of sight behind our beautifully crafted doors, while the open shelves display the items you want close to hand. Our client has chosen to display their fresh linens here.
Keeping the same elegance throughout the three rooms, Armac Martin Merrick and Cotswold handles are seen in this most luxurious bootility room.
Grenfell & PeplowWe designed this bespoke traditional laundry for a client with a very long wish list!
1) Seperate laundry baskets for whites, darks, colours, bedding, dusters, and delicates/woolens.
2) Seperate baskets for clean washing for each family member.
3) Large washing machine and dryer.
4) Drying area.
5) Lots and LOTS of storage with a place for everything.
6) Everything that isn't pretty kept out of sight.
Inside Out Colour and DesignA bright laundry has plenty of storage, good lighting, fridge and dishwasher and a guest toilet. The tub had to be big enough to bath a small dog.

Danny Broe ArchitectLaundry under stairs - We designed the laundry under the new stairs and carefully designed the joinery so that the laundry doors look like wall panels to the stair. When closed the laundry disappears but when it's open it has everything in it. We carefully detailed the laundry doors to have the stair stringer so that your eye follows the art deco balustrade instead.

Nous avons conçu une implantation fonctionnelle : un plan de travail en inox avec évier soudé et mitigeur, des paniers à linges intégrés en sous-plan, un espace de rangement pour les produits ménagers et une penderie pour suspendre quelques vêtements en attente de repassage.
Le lave-linge et le sèche-linge Miele sont superposés grâce au tiroir de rangement qui offre une tablette pour poser un panier afin de décharger le linge.
L’armoire séchante d’Asko vient compléter notre lingerie, véritable atout méconnu.

Mihaly SlocombeHeartbeat House transforms a modest Victorian cottage into a welcoming, multi-generational home centred on family and wellbeing. Our clients wanted a space that fosters social gatherings while ensuring privacy for their family of four, including our client's live-in mother. The home balances openness and togetherness, blending indoor and outdoor experiences seamlessly.
The original cottage houses bedrooms, bathrooms and multi-use spaces, transitioning to a modern extension featuring soft Victorian Ash cabinetry, a double-vaulted ceiling, and large windows that open to lush, landscaped gardens. The private garden sanctuary, elevated above street level, creates a suburban oasis, designed in collaboration with Saint Remy.
Inside, custom joinery ensures thoughtful storage, making communal spaces versatile. A hidden study nook and bar transition easily from work to play. The materials palette features lime-washed Victorian Ash timber, polished concrete floors, and Australian-sourced materials, balancing softness with strength.
The result is a harmonious home where multiple generations can live together, with flexible spaces for socializing and retreat. Heartbeat House celebrates meaningful togetherness, offering a peaceful and functional suburban escape.
