Haven Design and ConstructionThe grand living room needed large focal pieces, so our design team began by selecting the large iron chandelier to anchor the space. The black iron of the chandelier echoes the black window trim of the two story windows and fills the volume of space nicely. The plain fireplace wall was underwhelming, so our team selected four slabs of premium Calcutta gold marble and butterfly bookmatched the slabs to add a sophisticated focal point. Tall sheer drapes add height and subtle drama to the space. The comfortable sectional sofa and woven side chairs provide the perfect space for relaxing or for entertaining guests. Woven end tables, a woven table lamp, woven baskets and tall olive trees add texture and a casual touch to the space. The expansive sliding glass doors provide indoor/outdoor entertainment and ease of traffic flow when a large number of guests are gathered.

Devon Grace InteriorsWe opted for a custom sectional sofa to frame the family room, and we introduced a pop of color with it’s navy blue fabric. Then, we selected several sleek, metal accents and side tables to complement the fireplace surround and add to the modern feel in the space.
Stebnitz Builders, Inc.This 2,500 square-foot home, combines the an industrial-meets-contemporary gives its owners the perfect place to enjoy their rustic 30- acre property. Its multi-level rectangular shape is covered with corrugated red, black, and gray metal, which is low-maintenance and adds to the industrial feel.
Encased in the metal exterior, are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and an aging-in-place suite that is made for the in-laws. This home also boasts two garage doors that open up to a sunroom that brings our clients close nature in the comfort of their own home.
The flooring is polished concrete and the fireplaces are metal. Still, a warm aesthetic abounds with mixed textures of hand-scraped woodwork and quartz and spectacular granite counters. The combination of vertical grain Douglas fir windows and doors, the Eichler home reference with a steel and glass façade, the custom vertical wood siding feature wall, smooth trowel earth-toned stucco, board form landscape feature walls, stone-clad entry, and the stone chimney penetrating the steel standing seam roof creates a symphony of textures and materials that celebrate the beauty of the surrounding environment.
