Maraya Interior DesignNew Moroccan Villa on the Santa Barbara Riviera, overlooking the Pacific ocean and the city. In this terra cotta and deep blue home, we used natural stone mosaics and glass mosaics, along with custom carved stone columns. Every room is colorful with deep, rich colors. In the master bath we used blue stone mosaics on the groin vaulted ceiling of the shower. All the lighting was designed and made in Marrakesh, as were many furniture pieces. The entry black and white columns are also imported from Morocco. We also designed the carved doors and had them made in Marrakesh. Cabinetry doors we designed were carved in Canada. The carved plaster molding were made especially for us, and all was shipped in a large container (just before covid-19 hit the shipping world!) Thank you to our wonderful craftsman and enthusiastic vendors!

Janey Butler InteriorsWorking alongside Riba Llama Architects & Llama Projects, the construction division of The Llama Group, in the total renovation of this beautifully located property which saw multiple skyframe extensions and the creation of this stylish, elegant new main entrance hallway. The Oak & Glass screen was a wonderful addition to the old property and created an elegant stylish open plan contemporary new Entrance space with a beautifully elegant helical staircase which leads to the new master bedroom, with a galleried landing with bespoke built in cabinetry, Beauitul 'stone' effect porcelain tiles which are throughout the whole of the newly created ground floor interior space. Bespoke Crittal Doors leading through to the new morning room and Bulthaup kitchen / dining room. A fabulous large white chandelier taking centre stage in this contemporary, stylish space.
Interior ConceptionDramatic Entry Featuring a 24' Ceiling Opening witch An Enormous 5' Modern Pendant Light Above the Entry and 3 other Matching Pendant lights over the Staircase. The Entry Door is a Custom-made Wood and Glass Pivot Door that's 5' x 10'.
Bravas Boca RatonModern home front entry features a voice over Internet Protocol Intercom Device to interface with the home's Crestron control system for voice communication at both the front door and gate.
Signature Estate featuring modern, warm, and clean-line design, with total custom details and finishes. The front includes a serene and impressive atrium foyer with two-story floor to ceiling glass walls and multi-level fire/water fountains on either side of the grand bronze aluminum pivot entry door. Elegant extra-large 47'' imported white porcelain tile runs seamlessly to the rear exterior pool deck, and a dark stained oak wood is found on the stairway treads and second floor. The great room has an incredible Neolith onyx wall and see-through linear gas fireplace and is appointed perfectly for views of the zero edge pool and waterway. The center spine stainless steel staircase has a smoked glass railing and wood handrail.

Studio 511The main entry has a marble floor in a classic French pattern with a stone base at the wainscot. Deep blue walls give an elegance to the room and compliment the early American antique table and chairs. Chris Cooper photographer.
Andrea Schumacher InteriorsThis entryway is the perfect blend of simplicity and vibrancy. The white walls and floors are contrasted with a bright red painted front door, and a red and blue area rug. A glass table sits by the front door as well as two blue stools. Gold accents are found in the skull decor and snake light fixtures.
First Choice Custom BuildersEntry with reclaimed wood accents, stone floors and stone stacked fireplace. Custom lighting and furniture sets the tone for the Rustic and Southwestern feel.
