Design Studio Zimenko YuriyЭтот интерьер – переплетение богатого опыта дизайнера, отменного вкуса заказчицы, тонко подобранных антикварных и современных элементов.
Началось все с того, что в студию Юрия Зименко обратилась заказчица, которая точно знала, что хочет получить и была настроена активно участвовать в подборе предметного наполнения. Апартаменты, расположенные в исторической части Киева, требовали незначительной корректировки планировочного решения. И дизайнер легко адаптировал функционал квартиры под сценарий жизни конкретной семьи. Сегодня общая площадь 200 кв. м разделена на гостиную с двумя входами-выходами (на кухню и в коридор), спальню, гардеробную, ванную комнату, детскую с отдельной ванной комнатой и гостевой санузел.

北野彰作建築研究所廊下のカラースキームは床面を除いて全体的にダーク系としました。高級感を演出するtためですが、玄関ホールの明るさとは対照的な空間となりました。リビングルームへ向かう廊下の反対側にはトレーニングルームが有ります。

The property now benefits from an air source heat pump
(ASHP) and a whole house air handling system along
with underfloor heating, and a complete audio system
integrated within the walls and ceilings. The back wall
of the house simply slides away to enable the garden to
truly become part of the living environment.
