Corridoio di ingresso ad un loft in Miami. Interamente custom, realizzato su specifiche richieste del cliente, con intarsi a pavimento. I pannelli alle pareti e al soffitto sono di onice retroilluminato. L'intensità della luce è modulabile per ottenere diversi scenari. Nel corridoio apre anche l'ascensore privato in acciaio anti-sfondamento, che riprende il pattern del pavimento in serigrafia.

A tired, small 1970's house was refurbished and extended to become a modern, light-filled, sunny family home. The original house didn't take advantage of its leafy, expansive site, so the extension pushed north and opened up to the sun and outdoors. Living areas flow onto spacious, sunny outdoor areas to the north, and a generous hallway flows through to a new pool and the mature, leafy trees of the neighbouring park. A strong, geometric form sits wide on the site and its pitched roof creates open, airy, light-filled interior spaces. High windows give glimpses of the sky and surrounding trees, and side windows provide a green, leafy outlook to the reserve next door. A muted but rich finishes palette and carefully designed cabinetry complement the lofty architecture. This busy young family can now live and thrive in their beautifully spacious, well-functioning home.

A wall of iroko cladding in the hall mirrors the iroko cladding used for the exterior of the building. It also serves the purpose of concealing the entrance to a guest cloakroom. A matte finish, bespoke designed terrazzo style poured resin floor continues from this area into the living spaces. With a background of pale agate grey, flecked with soft brown, black and chalky white it compliments the chestnut tones in the exterior iroko overhangs.

Questa ristrutturazione ha dato nuova vita a un ambiente moderno e funzionale, esaltando la semplicità dell'intervento. L'eliminazione di una tramezza ha permesso di creare un ampio open space, dove cucina e zona living si fondono armoniosamente, integrando mobili esistenti e favorendo luminosità e continuità visiva. La zona pranzo, impreziosita da una carta da parati a tema foliage, si colloca accanto alla cucina a isola, realizzata interamente su misura per adattarsi perfettamente agli spazi e all'estetica dell’ambiente. L’illuminazione gioca un ruolo centrale: le iconiche lampade Artemide, simboli del design contemporaneo, sovrastano il salotto e il tavolo da pranzo, avvolgendo l’ambiente in un’atmosfera calda e accogliente. L'area tra l’ingresso e la zona notte è stata ottimizzata con soluzioni d’arredo su misura, pensate per integrarsi con discrezione nell’architettura esistente e definire volumi eleganti e funzionali. A separare la zona giorno dalla zona notte, una porta a specchio dal design essenziale non solo suddivide gli ambienti, ma amplifica la percezione dello spazio grazie a raffinati giochi di riflessi. I bagni sono stati completamente ripensati con particolare attenzione ai materiali e ai dettagli. Uno di essi è stato impreziosito da una spaziosa doccia walk-in, progettata per coniugare comfort ed estetica. Un intervento mirato e strategico che ha reso l’abitazione più funzionale e armoniosa.

Dieser Winkelbungalow überzeugt durch den Stilmix zwischen modernen und antiken Einrichtungsgegenständen. Durch das viele Tageslicht werden die Highlights gekonnt in Szene gesetzt. Besonderes Augenmerk verdient der Wohnbereich, der im Galeriebereich platziert wurde. In der unteren Ebene sind die Schlafräume, Badezimmer und ein großzügiger, lichtdurchfluteter Wohn- und Essbereich begehbar.

Einbaugarderobe mit handgefertigter Lamellenwand und Massivholzhaken Diese moderne Garderobe wurde als Nischenlösung mit vielen Details nach Kundenwunsch geplant und gefertigt. Im linken Teil befindet sich hinter einer Doppeltür eine Massivholz-Garderobenstange die sich gut ins Gesamtkozept einfügt. Neben den hochmatten Echtlackfronten mit Anti-Finger-Print-Effekt ist die handgefertigte Lamellenwand ein highlight dieser Maßanfertigung. Die dreiseitig furnierten Lamellen werden von eleganten massiven Haken unterbrochen und bilden zusammen funktionelles und gestalterisches Element, das einen schönen Kontrast zum schlichten Weiß der fronten bietet. Die darüber eingelassene LED Leiste ist mit einem Touch-Dimmer versehen und setzt die Eiche-Leisten zusätzlich in Szene.

Cet ensemble est composé d'habillages muraux et plafond en tasseaux chêne huilé avec led intégrées, différents claustras, une banque d'accueil avec inscriptions gravées, une kitchenette, meuble de rangements et divers plateaux. Les mobiliers sont réalisé en mélaminé blanc et chêne kendal huilé afin de s'assortir au mieux aux tasseaux chêne véritable.
