The owners of this home in Westhampton, New York chose to install a switchback floating staircase to transition from one floor to another. They used our jet black onyx rod railing paired it with a black powder coated stringer. Wooden handrail and thick stair treads keeps the look warm and inviting. The beautiful thin lines of rods run up the stairs and along the balcony, creating security and modernity all at once.

Outside, the owners used the same black rods paired with surface mount posts and aluminum handrail to secure their balcony. It’s a cohesive, contemporary look that will last for years to come.

MULHOLLAND BRANDThis is a single leaf swing gate beautifying and helping secure a Los Angeles home. The home is from the twenties and the driveway is very narrow (but still navigatable in a modern car). The gate is entirely constructed from heavy-duty aluminum and is a powder-coated blue-gray. MulhollandBrand.com designed, manufactured, and installed the gate.
Colin Healy Design LLCA Craftsman Style roof overhang with cedar brackets and standing seam copper roofing was added over the existing brick step.
Tommy Bahama HomeClassic Pan-Asian design defines this foyer. The Mystic Console features Black Penn Shell which is beautifully contrasted with an inlay of Young Penn Shell and a leather-wrapped rattan base. Flanking table lamps and the Lotus Blossom mirror completes the look.
