Tunde Decor, LLCWe opened up the wall between the kitchen and a guest bedroom. This new bar/sitting area used to be the bedroom.
We used textured wallpaper, and walnut countertop, floating shelf to warm up the space.
Clearcut Construction, Inc.We remodeled the interior of this home including the kitchen with new walk into pantry with custom features, the master suite including bathroom, living room and dining room. We were able to add functional kitchen space by finishing our clients existing screen porch and create a media room upstairs by flooring off the vaulted ceiling.
Home Expressions Interiors by Laura Bloom Inc.This client wanted their Terrace Level to be comprised of the warm finishes and colors found in a true Tuscan home. Basement was completely unfinished so once we space planned for all necessary areas including pre-teen media area and game room, adult media area, home bar and wine cellar guest suite and bathroom; we started selecting materials that were authentic and yet low maintenance since the entire space opens to an outdoor living area with pool. The wood like porcelain tile used to create interest on floors was complimented by custom distressed beams on the ceilings. Real stucco walls and brick floors lit by a wrought iron lantern create a true wine cellar mood. A sloped fireplace designed with brick, stone and stucco was enhanced with the rustic wood beam mantle to resemble a fireplace seen in Italy while adding a perfect and unexpected rustic charm and coziness to the bar area. Finally decorative finishes were applied to columns for a layered and worn appearance. Tumbled stone backsplash behind the bar was hand painted for another one of a kind focal point. Some other important features are the double sided iron railed staircase designed to make the space feel more unified and open and the barrel ceiling in the wine cellar. Carefully selected furniture and accessories complete the look.
Virtuoso BuildersCabinet styles match the cabinets throughout the home. This new Home Bar has an eyebrow iron gate entry to match the architecture of the rest of the home.
Denise Quade DesignThis guest bedroom transform into a family room and a murphy bed is lowered with guests need a place to sleep. Built in cherry cabinets and cherry paneling is around the entire room. The glass cabinet houses a humidor for cigar storage. Two floating shelves offer a spot for display and stacked stone is behind them to add texture. A TV was built in to the cabinets so it is the ultimate relaxing zone. A murphy bed folds down when an extra bed is needed.
Everything HomeThis basement remodeling project involved transforming a traditional basement into a multifunctional space, blending a country club ambience and personalized decor with modern entertainment options.
This elegant kitchen is all about modern functionality. With a repeating herringbone accent wall backsplash, ample storage, sleek countertops, and a spacious island with seating, this space is both practical and stylish.
