KBF by Audi ContractorsWith Summer on its way, having a home bar is the perfect setting to host a gathering with family and friends, and having a functional and totally modern home bar will allow you to do so!
Impeccable by Meredith ParkThe bar areas in the basement also serves as a small kitchen for when family and friends gather. A soft grey brown finish on the cabinets combines perfectly with brass hardware and accents. The drink fridge and microwave are functional for entertaining. The recycled glass tile is a show stopper!
Drury DesignThis wet bar is part of a big, multi-room project for a family of four that also included a new mudroom and a primary bath remodel.
The existing family/playroom was more playroom than family room. The addition of a wet bar/beverage station would make the area more enjoyable for adults as well as kids.
Design Objectives
-Cold Storage for craft beers and kids drinks
-Stay with a more masculine style
-Display area for stemware and other collectibles
Design Challenge
-Provide enough cold refrigeration for a wide range of drinks while also having plenty of storage
THE RENEWED SPACE
By incorporating three floating shelves the homeowners are able to display all of their stemware and other misc. items. Anything they don’t want on display can be hidden below in the base cabinet roll-outs.
This is a nice addition to the space that adults and kids can enjoy at the same time. The undercounter refrigeration is efficient and practical – saving everyone a trip to the kitchen when in need of refreshment, while also freeing up plenty of space in the kitchen fridge!
Isaman design, Inc.The Indio Residence, located on an ocean side bluff in Shell Beach, is a clean, contemporary home. Taking cues from the Florin Residence, an earlier project completed for the same client, the Indio Residence is much larger with additional amenities to meet the client’s needs.
At the front door, guests are greeted by floor to ceiling glass with views straight out to the ocean. Tall, grand ceilings throughout the entry and great room are highlighted by skylights, allowing for a naturally lit interior. The open concept floor plan helps highlight the custom details such as the glass encased wine room and floor to ceiling ocean-facing glass. In order to maintain a sense of privacy, the master suite and guests rooms are located on opposite wings of the home. Ideal for entertaining, this layout allows for maximum privacy and shared space alike. Additionally, a privately accessed caretakers apartment is located above the garage, complete with a living room, kitchenette, and ocean facing deck.
Everything HomeOur studio’s designs for this luxury new-build home in Zionsville’s Holliday Farms country club reflects the client’s personality. Comfortable furnishings and a lightly textured fur bench add coziness to the bedroom, while beautiful wood tables and stunning lamps add a natural, organic vibe. In the formal living room, a grand stone-clad fireplace facing the furniture provides an attractive focal point. Stylish marble countertops, stunning pendant lighting, and wood-toned bar chairs give the kitchen a sophisticated, elegant look.
