WOW-FACTOR // A project recently completed By Urban and designed by Renette brings the ultimate wow-factor! Italia Ceramics exclusive collection by L'Antic Colonial "Metal Hexagon Mosaics" are absolutely dazzling in this stunning Bar design.

These clients contacted us to help them design a forever home that would not only suit their current needs but also their needs in the future. The existing double-storey home was lacking storage and personality, and was not practical for the client's lifestyle. The starting point for the renovation was the addition of a lift at the entrance, which prompted a number of changes to the kitchen, powder and ensuite upstairs to make it all work. The rooms were redesigned to maximise all available space, and we were able to greatly improve the functionality of the spaces. Drawing on the client's existing furniture and personal style, we selected finishes and fixtures that have interesting nature-inspired textures, colours and patterns. Polytec Notaio Walnut was used throughout all joinery to add warmth and texture to the spaces. This was paired with Quantum Quartz Statuario Quartz for contrast and Meir Champagne tapware to tie into the warm tones. Soothing green tones were also used throughout the first floor, mostly in the form of feature kit-kat mosaic tiles.
