This extraordinary bespoke alcohol unit is more than just a piece of furniture; it's a heartfelt tribute to family unity. The design incorporates symbolic elements, with two bird wall lamps and one floor lamp representing the client's three children. The floor lamp, resembling a fledgling ready to take flight, symbolizes the eldest child's journey towards independence. The cabinet's dual structure mirrors the parents' nurturing role, while the interlocking brass rods evoke the image of a strong, enduring family tree. Crafted with meticulous attention to detail, the unit features a wine rack, wine fridge compartments, and elegant marble cabinets. This one-of-a-kind creation is a testament to the power of design to evoke emotion and celebrate cherished relationships.

“A stylish family kitchen with green tiled walls, a marble island, pendant lighting, and a professional range cooker.”

The natural oak finish combined with the matte black handles create a fresh and contemporary finish on this bar. Antique mirror back panels adds a twist of timeless design to the piece as well. The natural oak is continued through out the house seamlessly linking each room and creating a natural flow. Modern wall paneling has also been used in the master and children’s bedroom to add extra depth to the design. Whilst back lite shelving in the master en-suite creates a more elegant and relaxing finish to the space.

Heartbeat House transforms a modest Victorian cottage into a welcoming, multi-generational home centred on family and wellbeing. Our clients wanted a space that fosters social gatherings while ensuring privacy for their family of four, including our client's live-in mother. The home balances openness and togetherness, blending indoor and outdoor experiences seamlessly.
The original cottage houses bedrooms, bathrooms and multi-use spaces, transitioning to a modern extension featuring soft Victorian Ash cabinetry, a double-vaulted ceiling, and large windows that open to lush, landscaped gardens. The private garden sanctuary, elevated above street level, creates a suburban oasis, designed in collaboration with Saint Remy.
Inside, custom joinery ensures thoughtful storage, making communal spaces versatile. A hidden study nook and bar transition easily from work to play. The materials palette features lime-washed Victorian Ash timber, polished concrete floors, and Australian-sourced materials, balancing softness with strength.
The result is a harmonious home where multiple generations can live together, with flexible spaces for socializing and retreat. Heartbeat House celebrates meaningful togetherness, offering a peaceful and functional suburban escape.

A refined expression of modern design, this kitchen combines textured veneered cabinetry with a smooth slab door. Bespoke floor to ceiling doors open inwards to reveal a hidden pantry and utility!

When opened, the bar cabinet becomes a beautifully illuminated focal point. A mirrored back adds depth, while glass shelving and rich wood tones create a refined display for barware. An entertainer’s feature that tucks away neatly when not in use, it’s one of many details in this home that speaks to the heart of our approach: considered design, tailored living, and timeless functionality. All working together to serve the people who live here
