Il progetto ha avuto come obiettivo il frazionamento di un quadrilocale in un trilocale e un bilocale di 90 MQ, ottimizzando gli spazi per creare ambienti funzionali e contemporanei, senza perdere il carattere originale dell’appartamento. La zona giorno open space garantisce luminosità e fluidità tra living e cucina, mentre le porte originali in stile Vecchia Milano sono state accuratamente restaurate, come richiesto dal committente, per mantenere il fascino storico dell’abitazione. La testata letto in cartongesso con nicchie integrate aggiunge un dettaglio elegante e funzionale, perfetto per sfruttare al meglio lo spazio. Per i materiali e gli arredi sono stati scelti brand di alta qualità: le piastrelle del bagno Florim, i sanitari Flaminia, il box doccia CSA, il parquet BGP, il mobile bagno Idrobox, le porte rasomuro Eclisse, le maniglie Mandelli1953 e i serramenti PIVAgroup. Il progetto combina restauro storico e design moderno, rispettando le richieste del committente e valorizzando ogni dettaglio, dalla conservazione delle porte originali all’ottimizzazione degli spazi funzionali.

This interior is one we just can’t get enough of! The combination of timbers, glass, marble and industrial concrete like elements are perfectly balanced against a dark and light colour scheme that packs a punch. We love the bold choices to paint dark skirting and architraves against a light wall, and flipping that to dark walls and white skirting and architraves in other areas of the home. One would think the design might end up cold and dank, but the use of timber and bountiful amounts of natural light create an inviting, homely space. L'abitazione si sviluppa su tre piani di cui uno seminterrato ed uno sottotetto L'edificio è stato trasformato in abitazione con attenzione ai dettagli e allo sviluppo di ambienti carichi di stile. Attenzione particolare alle esigenze del cliente che cercava uno stile classico ed elegante.

Reforma integral con estilo personalizado El proyecto MA13 transforma una vivienda en Chamberí, Madrid, adaptándola a las necesidades de los clientes. Con un enfoque en funcionalidad y diseño contemporáneo, la vivienda presenta un gran espacio abierto que conecta el salón, la cocina, el comedor, dos oficinas, un cuarto de invitados y un dormitorio principal con baño en suite. El objetivo es crear un hogar moderno con amplias zonas de almacenamiento, todo enmarcado por un diseño curvilíneo y único. Un toque rosa y materiales nobles El color rosa destaca en elementos clave como la caja curva que alberga las oficinas y el vestidor, combinándose con materiales nobles como la madera natural y acabados de alta calidad. Los acentos metálicos en negro PVD añaden elegancia y contraste en muebles y lámparas. Esta paleta de colores y materiales crea un ambiente moderno y acogedor.

The brief was to completely remodel this library and showcase the architectural heritage of the property whilst adding some contemporary features. Our clients wanted to achieve a dark masculine ambiance perfectly balanced with whimsical statement pieces. We achieved this by embracing dark undertones using linen, wools, leather and velvet. The original bookshelves and panelling were painted using smokey greys. We added handmade ebony & brass furniture, sludgy olive greens in the sofas & soft furnishings all paired with statement lighting from Porta Romana and Julian Chichester. The original oak flooring was complimented using a large vintage overdyed rug. The Harpers team completed this impressive space with commissioned pieces of art and stunning accessories.

Bibliothèque sur mesure intégrée au salon, rénovation complète d’un appartement familial Dans ce projet, la bibliothèque a été dessinée entièrement sur mesure pour structurer le mur principal du salon sans alourdir l’espace. Ses lignes fines et équilibrées permettent d’intégrer rangements, étagères ouvertes et coin bureau discret.

Dans cet appartement familial de 150 m², l’objectif était de rénover l’ensemble des pièces pour les rendre fonctionnelles et chaleureuses, en associant des matériaux naturels à une palette de couleurs harmonieuses. Dans la cuisine et le salon, nous avons misé sur du bois clair naturel marié avec des tons pastel et des meubles tendance. De nombreux rangements sur mesure ont été réalisés dans les couloirs pour optimiser tous les espaces disponibles. Le papier peint à motifs fait écho aux lignes arrondies de la porte verrière réalisée sur mesure. Dans les chambres, on retrouve des couleurs chaudes qui renforcent l’esprit vacances de l’appartement. Les salles de bain et la buanderie sont également dans des tons de vert naturel associés à du bois brut. La robinetterie noire, toute en contraste, apporte une touche de modernité. Un appartement où il fait bon vivre !
