Kimberlee Marie InteriorsWhen this young family approached us, they had just bought a beautiful new build atop Clyde Hill with a mix of craftsman and modern farmhouse vibes. Since this family had lived abroad for the past few years, they were moving back to the States without any furnishings and needed to start fresh. With a dog and a growing family, durability was just as important as the overall aesthetic. We curated pieces to add warmth and style while ensuring performance fabrics and kid-proof selections were present in every space. The result was a family-friendly home that didn't have to sacrifice style.

John McClain DesignThe idea for this space came from two key elements: functionality and design. Being a multi-purpose space, this room presents a beautiful workstation with black and rattan desk atop a hair on hide zebra print rug. The credenza behind the desk allows for ample storage for office supplies and linens for the stylish and comfortable white sleeper sofa. Stunning geometric wall covering, custom drapes and a black and gold light fixture add to the collected mid-century modern and contemporary feel.

Showhomes HoustonA classic patio home at the back of a gated enclave of three. Downstairs are gracious formal living,dining, open kitchen to breakfast bar and family room. All these rooms with natural light streaming through plantation shuttered windows to rich hardwood floors and high ceiling with crown moldings. Living and family rooms look to a broad shaded hardscape patio with easy care professional landscaping. Upstairs are four bedrooms, two with ensuite baths and two with adjoining Hollywood bath. One of these bedrooms is paneled and would make an ideal study, playroom or workout room. The extra large, east facing master bedroom has an adjoining sitting room/study, a large master bath and oversized his/her closets.
Molly Solich DesignAs with the rest of the home, neutral foundations with touches of blue, gold and a variety of textures come together in the home office space.
Dresner Design | Chicago Custom Kitchens CabinetsThe project is located in the heart of Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. The client’s a young family and the husband is a very passionate cook. The kitchen was a gut renovation. The all white kitchen mixes modern and traditional elements with an oversized island, storage all the way around, a buffet, open shelving, a butler’s pantry and appliances that steal the show.
Butler's Pantry Details:
-This space is multifunction and is used as an office, a coffee bar and for a liquor bar when entertaining
-Dark artichoke green cabinetry custom by Dresner Design private label line with De Angelis
-Upper cabinets are burnished brass mesh and antique mirror with brass antiquing
-Hardware from Katonah with a antiqued brass finish
-A second subzero refrigerated drawer is located in the butler’s pantry along with a second Miele dishwasher, a warming drawer by Dacor, and a Microdrawer by Wolf
-Lighting in the desk is on motion sensor and by Hafale
-Backsplash, polished Calcutta Gold marble mosaic from Artistic Tile
-Zinc top reclaimed and fabricated by Avenue Metal
-Custom interior drawers are solid oak with Wenge stain
-Trimless cans were used throughout
-Kallista Sink is a hammered nickel
-Faucet by Kallista
