Frank Betz Associates, Inc.The classy and upscale appeal of European stucco will never go out of style. Embellished with fieldstone accents, the Finley’s façade is as welcoming as it is eye-catching. But the real treat is inside…with a floor plan that is sure to please! The master suite was designed to be a true haven for its resident. Its private sitting room is an extension of the suite, with dimensions generous enough to house plenty of furniture or exercise equipment. Unlike many of its one-level counterparts, the Finley has two living rooms: one serving as the home’s focal point and one adjoining the breakfast area for informal gatherings.
UserWith work from home the new normal for this client, we converted a small, unused bedroom into the home office that dreams are made of. The rust coloured walls combined with gold and wood accents give this room a ton of warmth and make it a room you want to spend all day in. The wallpaper helps to balance out all of the warm tones and give the room some pattern and texture.
House of a Different ColorHome office design. Previously a blank slate room: beige carpet and walls. Used client's existing desk and repurposed her antique lingerie chest for office supply storage. About half of the wall art was already owned by the client, but we reframed some pieces and added some. Picked up the rug, corner chair, side table, lamp, and small decor pieces from auctions and estate sales for pennies on the dollar. Client painted the accent wall herself, to save costs. Flooring was done in LVP as a whole-home re-flooring job at the start of the condo renovation, during which all flooring throughout the home was replaced with LVP except in bedrooms. Cost for materials, furniture, and decor purchased for this room was under $750; with flooring cost for this space added, it would be approximately $2,000 all in.
