In the middle, the stone walls highlight the living room, with large sliding doors that connect to the outside. The open floor kitchen and family room are on the right, with access to the cabana.
Andison Residential DesignModern Farmhouse architecture is all about putting a contemporary twist on a warm, welcoming traditional style. This spacious two-story custom design is a fresh, modern take on a traditional-style home. Clean, simple lines repeat throughout the design with classic gabled roofs, vertical cladding, and contrasting windows. Rustic details like the wrap around porch and timber supports make this home fit in perfectly to its Rocky Mountain setting. While the black and white color scheme keeps things simple, a variety of materials bring visual depth for a cozy feel.
Stonehouse + Irons ArchitectureThe exterior draws from mid-century elements of , floor to ceiling windows, geometric and low roof forms and elements of materials to reflect the uses behind. concrete blocks turned on their edge create a veil of privacy from the street while maintaining visual connection to the native garden to the front. Timber is used between the concrete walls in combination with timber framed windows.

Harwood Design Builders Ltd.This new two story home was an infill home in an established, sought after neighborhood with a stunning river view.
Although not huge in stature, this home is huge on presence with a modern cottage look featuring three two story columns clad in natural longboard and stone, grey earthtone acrylic stucco, staggered roofline, and the typography of the lot allowed for exquisite natural landscaping.
Inside is equally impressive with features including:

- Grand entry with custom staircase
- Two story open concept living, dining and kitchen areas
