This games room is a Liverpool FC / F1 fan's dream. With state of the art sound systems, lighting and smart TV it's invigorated refurbishment is set off to full effect. Sometimes even the simplest of tasks can bring about unexpected hurdles and getting the lighting accurately spaced proved a challenge in this basement conversion ... but with clever staff we got there. Coved uplighting in a soft white adds warmth to the optical allusion of greater height and the Zoffany textured wallpaper gives a 3 dimensional luxury mount for the owners' extensive memorabilia. A bespoke external door allows light to flood in, and the designer carpet, traced and imported from Holland, via Denmark thanks to Global Flooring Studio, gives a great sense of the industrial when next to the steal framed staircase (more of that soon).

Este inmenso sótano cobró calidez forrando con madera de roble natural las paredes. De esta manera se absorve mejor el sonido de la pantalla de cine oculta en el techo. Al fondo, pusimos una cocina de apoyo para la sala de cine. This huge basement gained warmth by lining the walls with natural oak wood. In this way, the sound of the hidden cinema screen in the ceiling is better absorbed. In the background, we put a support kitchen for the movie theater.

This huge cinema/family room is the heart of the basement. It is the perfect place for all the family to cozy up on the deep velvet sofas and watch a movie. We added a home bar. The fabric wallpaper make the room more luxurious and cozy. the sheer curtains give privacy from the office space to the rear and the blackout curtains block out all the light for daytime movies.

Transforming the basement into a stylish and functional space, I carefully curated a design that seamlessly blended a TV area with a sophisticated bar set up. In the TV area we built a large media wall to accommodate the large high definition TV with plush seating arrangements. An inviting space for entertainment and relaxation providing a warm and cozy ambiance. Behind the sofa the bar area exuded elegance with a sleek countertop, chic bar stools and custom cabinetry for storage. The overall design harmoniosly integrated both areas, providing a perfect balance between entertainment and socialising, making the basement a versatile and welcoming retreat for gatherings and leisure.

Espace chambre cloisonné par un claustras en pavé de verre afin de laisser passer la lumière. Un espace assis est prévu pour y manger ou bien travailler sur son ordinateur.

A foliage wallpaper was chosen to add a bit of fun to the playroom media room. The uninteresting small hallway was painted in a dark green shade by Little Greene paint company.
