Noble Johnson ArchitectsTiny House Exterior

Noble Johnson Architects was honored to partner with Huseby Homes to design a Tiny House which was displayed at Nashville botanical garden, Cheekwood, for two weeks in the spring of 2021. It was then auctioned off to benefit the Swan Ball. Although the Tiny House is only 383 square feet, the vaulted space creates an incredibly inviting volume. Its natural light, high end appliances and luxury lighting create a welcoming space.
Metropolis Drafting and Construction IncIn the quite streets of southern Studio city a new, cozy and sub bathed bungalow was designed and built by us.
The white stucco with the blue entrance doors (blue will be a color that resonated throughout the project) work well with the modern sconce lights.
Inside you will find larger than normal kitchen for an ADU due to the smart L-shape design with extra compact appliances.
The roof is vaulted hip roof (4 different slopes rising to the center) with a nice decorative white beam cutting through the space.
The bathroom boasts a large shower and a compact vanity unit.
Everything that a guest or a renter will need in a simple yet well designed and decorated garage conversion.

Makara ADUNew Accessory Dwelling Unit we completed in Bethesda, MD. The Makara 330, typically a studio, was modified into a 1bedroom for our client who is using as a home for their mother. We built a custom murphy bed so the bedroom can double as a home office when mom isn't in town.
Arch Studio, Inc.Arch Studio, Inc. designed a 730 square foot ADU for an artistic couple in Willow Glen, CA. This new small home was designed to nestle under the Oak Tree in the back yard of the main residence.

South Park Design BuildNew 2 Story 1,200-square-foot laneway house. The two-bed, two-bath unit had hardwood floors throughout, a washer and dryer; and an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. This forward thinking secondary building is all Electric, NO natural gas. Heated with air to air heat pumps and supplemental electric baseboard heaters (if needed). Includes future Solar array rough-in and structural built to receive a soil green roof down the road.
Makara ADUOur new beautiful accessory dwelling unit in Bethesda, MD we recently completed. This gem features huge casement windows for tons of natural light, wood looking tile floor, full kitchen, full bathroom, and a generous bedroom. The client added retractable pocket barn doors that slide closed when being used for guests, and is opened to use the full space for entertaining.
ROAM ArchitectureThese clients own a very unique home, originally constructed circa 1760 and extensively renovated in 2008. They were seeking some additional space for home exercise, but didn’t necessarily want to disturb the existing structure, nor did they want to live through construction with a young child. Additionally, they were seeking to create a better area for outdoor entertaining in anticipation of installing an in-ground pool within the next few years.
This new pavilion combines all of the above features, while complementing the materials of the existing home. This modest 1-story structure features an entertaining / kitchenette area and a private and separate space for the homeowner’s home exercise studio.
Robert Nebolon ArchitectsThis esteemed 400 SF guest loft cabin & ADU is set apart from the main-house which is down the dirt road and behind the trees. The tiny house sits beside a 75 year old cattle watering trough which now is a plunge for guests. The siding is corrugated galvanized steel which is also found on (much older) farm buildings seen nearby. The yellow sliding door is 6'-0" wide and 12'-0" high and slides into a pocket.
