TLN INTERIORSRooms are fluid, particularly in an era where open concept is popular. So, what do you do when you have one room being worked on but it leads into another? Do you need to have both done at the same time? Well, that depends. This kitchen leads to a dining room, so when the floor was pulled due to water damage, all the floor had to be redone. We made sure that the remodeled space worked with what they had, furniture-wise, and added a new fan, something the clients had been wanting, but left it alone besides that. A good designer will soften the transition between new and old so that nothing feels drastically out of place.
Design First BuildersFunction is important, and so is storage. This client needed both and had a look in mind for how they saw it all coming together. Our custom cabinet line AnnTucker in oak shaker really pops with the the golden stain the client fell in love with!
Meredith Hayward RichardDo you have the blues? Well this kitchen design certainly does! Incorporated in the design is the Schuler cherry cabinetry, with door style Sugar Creek, has been paired with Sensa’s Blue Pearl granite. To fully capture the “blue theme”, we added Elida’s Skylight Glass Subway tile throughout the walls and Elida’s Skylight Glass Hexagon Mosaic, where the range hood and stove is located. All appliances in the kitchen are Samsung’s in color Black Stainless Steel. The cabinetry pulls are color Black Bronze provided from Schuler. All in all, the client is not in the blues when it comes to their newly remodeled
Wolfe Brothers PCM, LLC1950s Cape Cod kitchen had been remodeled and expanded in 1980s. We did a full down-to-the-studs remodel including new electrical, moving the gas line, new plumbing, floors, and cabinets.
Jana Dahl DesignThe open kitchen with seating around the island allows for the guests to interact with the hosts while they prepare the meal and have casual dining. Or it just let the kids line for breakfast!
