Boss Design CenterWelcome to our latest kitchen renovation project, where classic French elegance meets contemporary design in the heart of Great Falls, VA. In this transformation, we aim to create a stunning kitchen space that exudes sophistication and charm, capturing the essence of timeless French style with a modern twist.
Our design centers around a harmonious blend of light gray and off-white tones, setting a serene and inviting backdrop for this kitchen makeover. These neutral hues will work in harmony to create a calming ambiance and enhance the natural light, making the kitchen feel open and welcoming.
To infuse a sense of nature and add a striking focal point, we have carefully selected green cabinets. The rich green hue, reminiscent of lush gardens, brings a touch of the outdoors into the space, creating a unique and refreshing visual appeal. The cabinets will be thoughtfully placed to optimize both functionality and aesthetics.
The heart of this project lies in the eye-catching French-style range and exquisite light fixture. The hood, adorned with intricate detailing, will become a captivating centerpiece above the cooking area. Its classic charm will evoke the grandeur of French country homes, while also providing efficient ventilation for a pleasant cooking experience.
Shere KitchensDesigned with family in mind for kitchen extension. Custom made kitchen, handcrafted at our workshop in Guildford, Surrey. Every inch of storage was thought through. There are 24 drawers, a breakfast pantry and glazed drinks bar cabinet. The oak table was designed and stained to bring the whole scheme together with the vintage Barristers Bookcases, a much loved family heir loom.
Mon Concept HabitationCet appartement de 100m² acheté dans son jus avait besoin d’être rénové dans son intégralité pour repenser les volumes et lui apporter du cachet tout en le mettant au goût de notre client évidemment.
Tout en conservant les volumes existants, nous avons optimisé l’espace pour chaque fonction. Dans la pièce maîtresse, notre menuisier a réalisé un grand module aux panneaux coulissants avec des tasseaux en chêne fumé pour ajouter du relief. Multifonction, il intègre en plus une cheminée électrique et permet de dissimuler l’écran plasma ! En rappel, et pour apporter de la verticalité à cette grande pièce, les claustras délimitent chaque espace tout en laissant passer la lumière naturelle.
L’entrée et le séjour mènent au coin cuisine, séparé discrètement par un claustra. Le coloris gris canon de fusil des façades @bocklip laquées mat apporte de la profondeur à cet espace et offre un rendu chic et moderne. La crédence en miroir reflète la lumière provenant du grand balcon et le plan de travail en quartz contraste avec les autres éléments.
A l’étage, différents espaces de rangement ont été ajoutés : un premier aménagé sous les combles avec portes miroir pour apporter de la lumière à la pièce et dans la chambre principale, un dressing personnalisé.

Designed for a family with Sri-Lankan and Singaporean heritage, the brief for this project was to create a Scandi-Asian styled kitchen.
The design features ‘Skog’ wall panelling, straw bar stools, open shelving, a sofia swing, a bar and an olive tree.

ZulufishA detached Edwardian villa set over three storeys, with the master suite on the top floor, four bedrooms (one en-suite) and family bathroom on the first floor and a sitting room, snug, cloakroom, utility, hall and kitchen-diner leading to the garden on the ground level.
With their children grown up and pursuing further education, the owners of this property wanted to turn their home into a sophisticated space the whole family could enjoy.
Although generously sized, it was a typical period property with a warren of dark rooms that didn’t suit modern life. The garden was awkward to access and some rooms rarely used. As avid foodies and cooks, the family wanted an open kitchen-dining area where the could entertain their friends, with plentiful storage and a connection to the garden.
Our design team reconfigured the ground floor and added a small rear and side extension to open the space for a huge kitchen and dining area, with a bank of Crittall windows leading to the garden (redesigned by Ruth Willmott).
Ultra-marine blue became the starting point for the kitchen and ground floor design – this fresh hue extends to the garden to unite indoors and outdoors.
Bespoke cabinetry designed by HUX London provides ample storage, and on one section beautiful fluted glass panels hide a TV. The cabinetry is complemented by a spectacular book-matched marble splash-back, and timber, parquet flooring, which extends throughout the ground floor.
The open kitchen area incorporates a glamorous dining table by Marcel Wanders, which the family use every day.
Now a snug, this was the darkest room with the least going for it architecturally. A cool and cosy space was created with elegant wall-panelling, a low corner sofa, stylish wall lamps and a wood-burning stove. It’s now ¬the family’s favourite room, as they gather here for movie nights.
The formal sitting room is an elegant space where the family plays music. A sumptuous teal sofa, a hand-knotted silk and wool rug and a vibrant abstract artwork bring a fresh feel.
This teenager’s bedroom with its taupe palette, luxurious finishes and study area has a grown-up vibe, and leads to a gorgeous marble-clad en-suite bathroom.
The couple now have their own dedicated study, with a streamlined double desk and bespoke cabinetry.
In the master suite, the sloping ceilings were maximised with bespoke wardrobes by HUX London, while a calming scheme was created with soft, neutral tones and rich textures.
Moiety KitchensThis modern Schuller kitchen makes a bold statement with its largely matt black lacquer finish handleless main units but then adds a rustic touch with the old oak finish laminate on the peninsula and wall units. This blends with the floor finish and softens the impact of the black. All the units are from German manufacturer, Schuller. We integrated small display shelves into the units to add some detail. The worktop is Silestone white storm and the darker breakfast bar is finished in Dekton Sirius. Appliances are from Liebherr, Miele, Siemens, Air Uno and Quooker.
The most surprising element of this kitchen is the massive hidden walk in larder which is accessed through a door made from kitchen unit door fronts. This leads to a storage area behind the main tall units that is completely out of site

Arlington InteriorsThis kitchen shows a classic design in a mix of greys with a high gloss finish, Stainless steel handle-less base units, which has then been mixed with White quartz worktops. These colours really compliment the feature Granite flooring in the room. The kitchen has stainless steel handle-less base units, which has then been mixed with White quartz worktops.
The customer also specified a custom Granite breakfast bar, which is moveable. The breakfast bar goal post style sits over the island and has the option to pull out to create a breakfast bar over hang for bar stools.
This bespoke feature was created by the stone fabricators Stone Connection based in Wheldrake in York.

A mix of old and new, incorporating pieces from the families travels, with hints of Mexico, India and Africa, this kitchen is brimming with spice.
