The spice cupboard built into the cabinetry around the range cooker is a prime example of how bespoke design can result in optimum storage. The positioning of the spice cupboard makes the contents easily accessible when cooking; as with any kitchen, the main thing to consider is the ergonomics of the room. Simple details like this can make all the difference in terms of how easy the kitchen is to use.

Cette petite cuisine a été entièrement repensée. Pour pouvoir agrandir la salle de bain le choix a été fait de diminuer la surface de la cuisine. Elle reste néanmoins très fonctionnelle car toutes les fonctions d'usage sont présentes mais masquées par les portes de placard (frigo, four micro ondes, hotte, rangements.... ) Elle est séparée du salon par un clairevoie ce qui la lie au reste de l'appartement sans pour autant être complétement ouverte.

The colour scheme in this kitchen creates a balanced and inviting atmosphere. The cabinetry in Little Greene's Three Farm Green brings a rich, deep hue that anchors the space, while the walls in Slaked Lime Mid provide a soft, warm contrast, ensuring the room feels bright and open. The oak island and ladder rail, stained with Colron Jacobean Oak Wood Dye, introduce a natural, earthy element that complements the green cabinetry. This choice of stain highlights the wood's natural grain, adding depth and warmth to the space. The Broadleaf Timber Classic Oak Parquet flooring enhances the room's cohesive feel.

La cuisine, résolument moderne, se fond dans le mur de même couleur. Le tout mettant en avant les luminaires et la décoration. L'espace fonctionnel est optimisé dans les moindres détails.

This view captures the full island finished in Rubio Monocoat White Oak, positioned centrally within the space and oriented towards the arched chimney housing the Black Everhot 150. The island is topped with 30mm honed Carrara marble and incorporates drawer storage to the working side, with space for bar stools along the rear elevation to create an informal seating area. The layout establishes a clear working triangle between cooker, sink and island, with the oak detailing visually linking the island, mantle shelf and pantry doors beyond.

A sleek, simple design for a new build home, featuring clean-cut lines and a neutral palette that blends effortlessly into the open-plan living area. A hidden pantry adds discreet functionality, with the entire space expertly designed and fitted for a minimalist, modern finish.

By opening up the existing ground floor, the kitchen becomes the heart of the home, anchored by a curved island with slatted timber detailing. It’s a space for cooking, gathering and conversation. An understated wall of vertical timber slats conceals ample storage and utility spaces, keeping the home clutter-free. Every detail ensures practicality while maintaining a calm and organized aesthetic.

Dans cet appartement familial de 150 m², l’objectif était de rénover l’ensemble des pièces pour les rendre fonctionnelles et chaleureuses, en associant des matériaux naturels à une palette de couleurs harmonieuses. Dans la cuisine et le salon, nous avons misé sur du bois clair naturel marié avec des tons pastel et des meubles tendance. De nombreux rangements sur mesure ont été réalisés dans les couloirs pour optimiser tous les espaces disponibles. Le papier peint à motifs fait écho aux lignes arrondies de la porte verrière réalisée sur mesure. Dans les chambres, on retrouve des couleurs chaudes qui renforcent l’esprit vacances de l’appartement. Les salles de bain et la buanderie sont également dans des tons de vert naturel associés à du bois brut. La robinetterie noire, toute en contraste, apporte une touche de modernité. Un appartement où il fait bon vivre !
