Sabrina Alfin InteriorsIn collaboration with Darcy Tsung Design, we took a small, cramped kitchen and created an open layout for entertaining. The owner is an accomplished chef who wanted a purpose-built kitchen to house all of her specialty items, including pullouts for a Kitchen Aid mixer, a coffee station, and cabinet inserts for knives, spices, and cutting boards. Our traditional, yet still up to date, design was influenced by the owner's antique heirloom dining table and chairs. We seamlessly incorporated that much beloved set of furniture, and gave a prominent place for the owner's colorful artwork.
AmberthThis bright open-planed kitchen uses a smart mix of materials to achieve a contemporary classic look. Neolith Estatuario porcelain tiles has been used for the worktop and kitchen island, providing durability and a cost effective alternative to real marble. A built in sink and a single adjustable barazza tap maintains a minimal look. Matt Lacquered cabinetry provides a subtle contrast whilst wooden effect laminate carcass and shelving breaks up the look. Pocket doors allows flexibility with how the kitchen can be used and a glass splash back was used for a seamless look.

UserAs part of a housing development surrounding Donath Lake, this Passive House in Colorado home is striking with its traditional farmhouse contours and estate-like French chateau appeal. The vertically oriented design features steeply pitched gable roofs and sweeping details giving it an asymmetrical aesthetic. The interior of the home is centered around the shared spaces, creating a grand family home. The two-story living room connects the kitchen, dining, outdoor patios, and upper floor living. Large scale windows match the stately proportions of the home with 8’ tall windows and 9’x9’ curtain wall windows, featuring tilt-turn windows within for approachable function. Black frames and grids appeal to the modern French country inspiration highlighting each opening of the building’s envelope.

This modern kitchen has a twist of traditional design through the instalment of a classic blue Aga.

Neil Norton DesignFloor-to-ceiling bespoke clean-lined cabinetry, in critall-style, painted in Farrow & Ball Railings (blue and black) and teamed with accents of American Black walnut, Neolith Cement sintered stone surface and backlit Bianco Calcite marble.
JL InteriorsThis contemporary space was designed for first time home owners. In this space you will also see the family room & guest bathroom. Lighter colors & tall windows make a small space look larger. Bright white subway tiles & a contrasting grout adds texture & depth to the space. .

Sara Camus Bouanha Architecte d'IntérieurEspace cuisine : un maximum de rangements sous forme de placards hauts et bas et de niches ouvertes sous plan. Les couleurs sont intenses et tranchées mais l'aspect veloutée et mat des façades s'harmonisent en douceur avec le chêne du sol et des rangements hauts ainsi qu'avec le blanc marbré Calacata du plan de travail.
