Drury DesignInspired by the clients ideas and preferences this transitional kitchen remodel is packed with custom features. They include a spacious island –designed for prepping and entertaining, dark chocolate cabinetry, light Cashmere White granite counters for contrast, built in Sub Zero refrigeration, Wolf range top, stainless pendants and hardware that adds sparkle. The full height granite back-splash provides a dramatic look and is practical for easy cleaning.

House of LIn the design stages many details were incorporated in this classic kitchen to give it dimension since the surround cabinets, counters and backsplash were white. Polished nickel plumbing, hardware and custom grilles on feature cabinets along with the island pendants add shine, while finer details such as inset doors, furniture kicks on non-working areas and lofty crown details add a layering effect in the millwork. Surround counters as well as 3" x 6" backsplash tile are Calacutta Gold stone, while island counter surface is walnut. Conveniences include a 60" Wolf range, a 36" Subzero refrigerator and freezer and two farmhouse sinks by Kallista. The kitchen also boasts two dishwashers (one in the island and one to the right of the sink cabinet under the window) and a coffee bar area with a built-in Miele. Photo by Pete Maric.

Julieta Esteban RosellVivienda familiar con marcado carácter de la arquitectura tradicional Canaria, que he ha querido mantener en los elementos de fachada usando la madera de morera tradicional en las jambas, las ventanas enrasadas en el exterior de fachada, pero empleando materiales y sistemas contemporáneos como la hoja oculta de aluminio, la plegable (ambas de Cortizo) o la pérgola bioclimática de Saxun. En los interiores se recupera la escalera original y se lavan los pilares para llegar al hormigón. Se unen los espacios de planta baja para crear un recorrido entre zonas de día. Arriba se conserva el práctico espacio central, que hace de lugar de encuentro entre las habitaciones, potenciando su fuerza con la máxima apertura al balcón canario a la fachada principal.

Prime ProjectsThe oak paneled kitchen is modern and final with a grey concrete countertop. Black accents in the kitchen hardware, fact and cabinet trim details give the space a bold look. Counter stool upholstered in a cream beige leather add a sense of softness.
Normandy RemodelingNo space was left untouched as we maximized the functionality of this kitchen. Even a slim area adjacent to the refrigerator became an attractive way to store canned goods.
