Metropolis Drafting and Construction IncOriginally hosting only 1 huge bathroom this design was not sufficient for our clients which had difference of opinion of how they wish their personal bathroom should look like.
Dividing the space into two bathrooms gave each one of our clients the ability to receive a fully personalized design.
Husband's bathroom is a modern farmhouse design with a wall mounted sink, long narrow subway tile on the walls and wood looking tile for the floors.
a large recessed medicine cabinet with built-in light fixtures was installed with a large recessed niche under it for placing all the items that usually are placed on the counter.
The wall mounted toilet gives a nice clean look and a modern touch.
Jennifer Ryan DesignThis tiny bathroom got a facelift and more room by removing a closet on the other side of the wall. What used to be just a sink and toilet became a 3/4 bath with a full walk in shower!
design-concept für Ihre LebensRäumeNach der Umgestaltung entsteht ein barrierefreies Bad mit großformatigen Natursteinfliesen in Kombination mit einer warmen Holzfliese am Boden und einer hinterleuchteten Spanndecke. Besonders im Duschbereich gibt es durch die raumhohen Fliesen fast keine Fugen. Die Dusche kann mit 2 Flügeltüren großzügig breit geöffnet werden und ist so konzipiert, dass sie auch mit einem Rollstuhl befahren werden kann.
Jane EllisonThis home in Napa off Silverado was rebuilt after burning down in the 2017 fires. Architect David Rulon, a former associate of Howard Backen, known for this Napa Valley industrial modern farmhouse style. Composed in mostly a neutral palette, the bones of this house are bathed in diffused natural light pouring in through the clerestory windows. Beautiful textures and the layering of pattern with a mix of materials add drama to a neutral backdrop. The homeowners are pleased with their open floor plan and fluid seating areas, which allow them to entertain large gatherings. The result is an engaging space, a personal sanctuary and a true reflection of it's owners' unique aesthetic.
Inspirational features are metal fireplace surround and book cases as well as Beverage Bar shelving done by Wyatt Studio, painted inset style cabinets by Gamma, moroccan CLE tile backsplash and quartzite countertops.
UserContemporary country cottage bathroom. The free-standing bath is framed by the natural oak supports and is set against contrasting dark grey basalt wall tiles.
