Velin Homes
A remodel of the existing basement layout allowed for a separate media room and gave us the opportunity to create this neat little wine room under the stairs. Working with a local metal fabricator, we created custom wine holders to match the modern aesthetic of the home, turning an under-utilized space into a focal point of the home.

After just completing a project for a client's second home, the house accidentally caught fire and most of the exisiting structure and furnishings was burned. This unfortunate episode allowed us an opportunity to create the dream home that our clients always wanted. After the fire, we were able to remodel an entirely new space including a wood celing with beams, venetian plaster walls, and wide plank white oak flooring. The installation although eclectic, reflects a mediterranean atmosphere filled with light and texture.

Now who would not want one of these? What a great compact wine cellar. This is for the serious collector - lots of space for storing those special vintage bottles of wine, plus a tasting table complete with wine glasses so that we are always ready for that next taste. Plantation shutters keep the bright sun out, except when you want it to check the clarity of the wine. Lovely space.
Harth Builders
This room used to be our client's previous first floor powder room. Once we relocated that, we installed a new pantry and wine cellar in its place. It is right off of the kitchen making the usable space a perfect location.
