Jack and Ellen of Red Lion, PA chose a flat panel contemporary door style. The bar hardware complements the cabinets and appliances perfectly. The smoked glass backsplash is a perfect fit. The red glass accent line gives the space an elegant pop of color. Jack and Ellen added their red accessories finalizing the Wow Factor! This space received a total make over including DeWils cabinetry, Alterna flooring and Interceramic backsplash. Cambria quartz countertops and a functional farm sink complete the look.
A Gilmans Kitchens and Baths - Design Build Project (REMMIES Award Winning Kitchen)
The original kitchen lacked counter space and seating for the homeowners and their family and friends. It was important for the homeowners to utilize every inch of usable space for storage, function and entertaining, so many organizational inserts were used in the kitchen design. Bamboo cabinets, cork flooring and neolith countertops were used in the design.
Storage Solutions include a spice pull-out, towel pull-out, pantry pull outs and lemans corner cabinets. Bifold lift up cabinets were also used for convenience. Special organizational inserts were used in the Pantry cabinets for maximum organization.

When Candis first discovered her home, she loved that it felt like “old Hollywood," with a mix of old and new. But it was rundown and the yard was, "a hot mess," Candis explains. Благодаря использованию монохромных цветов, удалось сконцентрировать внимание на достаточно ярких пятнах массива ореха, который решили в двух оттенках: в гостиной – светлом и в спальнях – темном. Потолок выполнен из двух материалов(бетон вскрытый лаком и гипсокартон) в эстетических целях отлично работает на контрасте.
Разводка под светильники проведена в медной водопроводной трубе для особого шарма.
Сидя за столом открывается замечательный вид на море. Необычный двойной диван, выполненный на заказ, разделяет обеденную зону от гостиной. Художественным акцентом является большой черно-белый портрет на стене.
Состояние квартиры на момент начала работ - новостройка.
Чёрно-белые трафареты и картины были нарисованы художником Анастасией Покатило.
Кухня выполнена на заказ производителем "Amado". Фасады сделаны из крашенного МДФ, столешница и фартук выполнены из искусственного камня.

"A Kitchen for Architects" by Jamee Parish Architects, LLC. This project is within an old 1928 home. The kitchen was expanded and a small addition was added to provide a mudroom and powder room. It was important the the existing character in this home be complimented and mimicked in the new spaces.
Основная задача при проектировании интерьера этой квартиры стояла следующая: сделать из изначально двухкомнатной квартиры комфортную трехкомнатную для семейной пары, учтя при этом все пожелания и «хотелки» заказчиков.
Основными пожеланиями по перепланировке были: максимально увеличить санузел, сделать его совмещенным, с отдельно стоящей большой душевой кабиной. Сделать просторную удобную кухню, которая по изначальной планировке получилась совсем небольшая и совмещенную с ней гостиную. Хотелось большую гардеробную-кладовку и большой шкаф в прихожей. И третью комнату, которая будет служить в первые пару-тройку лет кабинетом и гостевой, а затем легко превратится в детскую для будущего малыша.
