The design elements of the new living room, updated kitchen and combined dining area are oriented to take advantage of the sunlight and cross ventilation of the coastal breeze. Warm pared-back neutrals create a natural feeling and reflect the overall atmosphere of Stevens’ contemporary latin american art collection.
The light natural colors used in the kitchen beautifully contrast the rugged beauty of the home's coastal surroundings.
La cuisine discrète semble lovée dans une alcôve du brisis du toit. Des meubles longent la pièce et épousent les formes complexes du toit pour simplifier et optimiser le volume. Ils dissimulent aussi des fonctions inattendues telle qu'une table téléscopique.

The full kitchen in the primary living space utilizes compact appliances and sleek, white cabinetry on touch latch hardware. The clean look of the cabinetry without visible hardware contributes to the modern and clutter-free appearance of the space while concealing ample storage and function.
