Painted White Reclaimed Wood wall paneling clads this guest space. In the kitchen, a reclaimed wood feature wall and floating reclaimed wood shelves were re-milled from wood pulled and re-used from the original structure. The open joists on the painted white ceiling give a feeling of extra head space and the natural wood textures provide warmth.

Framing a recessed niche behind the range gave both a convenient space for cooking spices but also enriched this area with a beautiful arch and accent tile. Natural marble subway tile is enhanced by the arched range niche accented with a Akdo basket weave marble mosaic.
"A Kitchen for Architects" by Jamee Parish Architects, LLC. This project is within an old 1928 home. The kitchen was expanded and a small addition was added to provide a mudroom and powder room. It was important the the existing character in this home be complimented and mimicked in the new spaces.
This Butler's Pantry is stocked and ready for happy hour. Glass fronted cabinets house family heirlooms, but even they are functional in the space.

KitchenAid offers this cabinet depth/french door/panel ready fridge. It gets used a lot for its good price point. It however only comes with a black case. Discovering how to manage that stumbling block was challenging but accomplished!
The GE Advantium Oven is the best kitchen 2 for 1 ever made! It works as a microwave and a convection oven for all those holiday feasts you plan to prepare. A perfect choice for compact spaces.
Also take note of the pantry/appliance garage far right. Included in the "Project Pics" are interior shots which give you a good idea of how useful it is to be able to close off some spaces! Mirrors were selected instead of frosted glass to reflect the fabulous view on the terrace but also to add light to the interior space.
