This is exactly the case with this custom wine cellar in Tarzana, Los Angeles, California. Sweeping Glass fronts make this wine room visible and noticed from every angle within the main living area in this home. Right off of the main dining room, this custom cellar exudes elegance, adding a modern and contemporary touch to this otherwise traditional style home.
The upper section includes metal wine racking / metal wine racks with triple depth, showcasing each bottle horizontally so that your favorite labels are front and center.

This project, however, utilized a single pane glass to keep the minimalist style. Because of this, the recessed cooling system in the back portion of the cellar has been oversized a touch, to ensure that this wine cellar / wine room / wine closet / under the stairs wine cellar / glass wine cellar / custom wine cellar continues to maintain a constant 55 degree temperature and proper relative humidity.

Miralia Design GroupA rarely used Dining room was converted to a Wine room. The wall was bumped out into the garage to make room for an 800 bottle wine cooler (double stacked rows). Frameless doors have gaskets to keep the air inside the cooled space. Each door is hinged at the top and bottom and locks at the floor.Ceiling beams were added along with all the recessed and chandelier lights.. The ceiling was painted a wine color to go with the theme. The cozy club chairs float in their Lucite frames. The custom game table has a reversible top, one side is flat and the other for poker.
