The office space has the typical Hutsell detailing of a recessed window seat with an arched opening flanked by arched bookcases and wooden shelves.
The office space has hand-troweled walls and ceiling with a special finish.
A custom estate with Main house, Pool House, Art Studio, and detached garage. The stone and stucco house, reminiscent of rustic stone homes from the south of France, looks out onto the pool and yard on one side and inward to an enclosed courtyard on the other. Modern technology is hidden amongst the historic detailing as the whole house can be controlled by iPad's embedded in the walls or remotely on a phone.

The library is one of the few rooms with only one set of French doors, so Corrigan tapped into its darker personality with reclaimed wood paneling, a red velvet chair, and an antique Persian rug.

A dark office in the center of the house was turned into this cozy library. We opened the space up to the living room by adding another large archway. The custom bookshelves have beadboard backing to match original boarding we found in the house.. The library lamps are from Rejuvenation.
