Cathie Hong InteriorsWe re-designed and renovated three bathrooms and a laundry/mudroom in this builder-grade tract home. All finishes were carefully sourced, and all millwork was designed and custom-built.
Thermally Broken Steel USADespite not having a view of the mountains, the windows of this multi-use laundry/prep room serve an important function by allowing one to keep an eye on the exterior dog-run enclosure. Beneath the window (and near to the dog-washing station) sits a dedicated doggie door for easy, four-legged access.

York House DesignsBefore we started this dream laundry room was a draughty lean-to with all sorts of heating and plumbing on show. Now all of that is stylishly housed but still easily accessible and surrounded by storage.
Contemporary, charcoal wood grain and knurled brass handles give these shaker doors a cool, modern edge.
Restructure StudioRestructure Studio's Brookhaven Remodel updated the entrance and completely reconfigured the living, dining and kitchen areas, expanding the laundry room and adding a new powder bath. Guests now enter the home into the newly-assigned living space, while an open kitchen occupies the center of the home.
Pineapple House Interior DesignThe patterned floor continues into the laundry room where double sets of appliances and plenty of countertops and storage helps the family manage household demands.

Nous avons conçu une implantation fonctionnelle : un plan de travail en inox avec évier soudé et mitigeur, des paniers à linges intégrés en sous-plan, un espace de rangement pour les produits ménagers et une penderie pour suspendre quelques vêtements en attente de repassage.
Le lave-linge et le sèche-linge Miele sont superposés grâce au tiroir de rangement qui offre une tablette pour poser un panier afin de décharger le linge.
L’armoire séchante d’Asko vient compléter notre lingerie, véritable atout méconnu.
