Annette Jaffe InteriorsThis 4,500 sq ft basement in Long Island is high on luxe, style, and fun. It has a full gym, golf simulator, arcade room, home theater, bar, full bath, storage, and an entry mud area. The palette is tight with a wood tile pattern to define areas and keep the space integrated. We used an open floor plan but still kept each space defined. The golf simulator ceiling is deep blue to simulate the night sky. It works with the room/doors that are integrated into the paneling — on shiplap and blue. We also added lights on the shuffleboard and integrated inset gym mirrors into the shiplap. We integrated ductwork and HVAC into the columns and ceiling, a brass foot rail at the bar, and pop-up chargers and a USB in the theater and the bar. The center arm of the theater seats can be raised for cuddling. LED lights have been added to the stone at the threshold of the arcade, and the games in the arcade are turned on with a light switch.

Paper Moon PaintingFabulous home bar where we installed the koi wallpaper backsplash and painted the cabinets in a high-gloss black lacquer!
Pamela Harvey InteriorsOur St. Pete studio gave this beautiful traditional home a warm, welcoming ambience with bold accents and decor. Gray and white wallpaper perfectly frame the large windows in the living room, and the elegant furnishings add elegance and classiness to the space. The bedrooms are also styled with wallpaper that leaves a calm, soothing feel for instant relaxation. Fun prints and patterns add cheerfulness to the bedrooms, making them a private and personal space to hang out. The formal dining room has beautiful furnishings in bold blue accents and a striking chandelier to create a dazzling focal point.

The Highpoint HouseThis home was meant to feel collected. Although this home boasts modern features, the French Country style was hidden underneath and was exposed with furnishings. This home is situated in the trees and each space is influenced by the nature right outside the window. The palette for this home focuses on shades of gray, hues of soft blues, fresh white, and rich woods.
Hanna HomesThis new construction estate by Hanna Homes is prominently situated on Buccaneer Palm Waterway with a fantastic private deep-water dock, spectacular tropical grounds, and every high-end amenity you desire. The impeccably outfitted 9,500+ square foot home features 6 bedroom suites, each with its own private bathroom. The gourmet kitchen, clubroom, and living room are banked with 12′ windows that stream with sunlight and afford fabulous pool and water views. The formal dining room has a designer chandelier and is serviced by a chic glass temperature-controlled wine room. Ann Lowengart InteriorsFor this classic San Francisco William Wurster house, we complemented the iconic modernist architecture, urban landscape, and Bay views with contemporary silhouettes and a neutral color palette. We subtly incorporated the wife's love of all things equine and the husband's passion for sports into the interiors. The family enjoys entertaining, and the multi-level home features a gourmet kitchen, wine room, and ample areas for dining and relaxing. An elevator conveniently climbs to the top floor where a serene master suite awaits.
Mowery Marsh Architects LLCA fresh and inviting bar space was added to the basement level to offer a lovely spot to entertain next to the Media Room. A mirrored backsplash with steel & glass shelving, and discreet LED lighting brighten this space that otherwise been dark at the lower level.
