Boehm ArchitectureThis 1870’s brick townhouse was purchased by dealers of contemporary art, with the intention of preserving the remaining historical qualities while creating a comfortable and modern home for their family. Each of the five floors has a distinct character and program, unified by a continuously evolving stair system. Custom built-ins lend character and utility to the spaces, including cabinets, bookshelves, desks, beds, benches and a banquette. Lighting, furnishings, fabrics and colors were designed collaboratively with the home owners to compliment their art collection.

Moody, modern and masculine… I definitely wouldn’t mind working here every day! When it came to the design, Carrie really invested in professional, quality pieces - and you can tell. They really stand out on their own, allowing us to keep the design clean and minimal.
The Home Index Interior DesignSchmitt + Company offices and studio on our property create an amazing solution to working at home. Design by Melissa Schmitt. Concrete conference table was heated with radiant heat mat to heat the space. Studio bookshelves created from salvaged timbers and large threaded rod.

Anne Chemineau - Decor InterieurUne maison de maître du XIXème, entièrement rénovée, aménagée et décorée pour démarrer une nouvelle vie. Le RDC est repensé avec de nouveaux espaces de vie et une belle cuisine ouverte ainsi qu’un bureau indépendant. Aux étages, six chambres sont aménagées et optimisées avec deux salles de bains très graphiques. Le tout en parfaite harmonie et dans un style naturellement chic.
sROOMSUnter der Dachschräge, direkt am Fenster wurde ein Schreibtisch mit Stauraum, 2 Regalen und Schüben eingebaut. Die Schreibtischoberfläche ist aus Linoleum.
Angrenzet geht es in den Schlafbereich über.

Hindley & Co Architecture & Interior DesignArt deco library featuring a large arched doorway framed by bookcases. Wall and bookcase painted in dark green from Dulux (colour: Coriole). Occasional Joy chair upholstered in elk velvet mustard from Jardan. Flooring in oak wood laid in a herringbone pattern with a matt lacquer for a minimalist styling. Making Room for PeaceWaiting Area for Cedar Counseling & Wellness in Annapolis, MD.
Walking into waiting area 01, we wanted clients to feel safe and secure, while with waiting area 02, we wanted something a bit more bright, and open. Being a multi-use space: waiting area, yoga studio, kitchen, walk way, etc., the design needed to serve a multitude of purposes. As is the case, we created a seating arrangement that provides plenty of walkability (to the counselor’s offices) while still having the ability to be ability to be reconfigured, if needed.
