We had so much fun with this space! We have a faux snake skin on the walls, a custom fruit-stripe zebra rug from Stark Carpets, custom pillows, bone inlay tables and a leather sleeper sofa
An otherwise dark red den is lightened by the use of a whimsical and large patterned hook rug from Dash and Albert and Lee Jofa fabric that mimics the large pattern in the rug.
Wooden desk, silver details, soft textures, and blooming white cherry blossoms give this modern office space a cozy natural twist. Complete with an elegant vase and faux water, this arrangement will bring those "first days of spring" freshness to your home or office.
This photo best shows the reupholstered bench top. The complex stripe blends beautifully the patterns of the oriental rug, the wall color, sofa color, and pillow colors. Overlooking Nye's Cliff, this circa 1915 fishing cottage and guest house were transformed into a modern family compound. Original doors, columns, bead board, hardware, accent windows and even the medicine cabinet were restored and reused to recreate the feel of the original home.
Lumber from the century old, heart pine arbor was milled to create the stair newels and the guest bath vanity.
