Tracy Berman InteriorsThe laundry room was refreshed with a unique hexagon penny tile backsplash and an oil-rubbed bronze fixture. To keep the Spanish feel we included a fun floor tile design that plays up with the blue from the washing machine set.
A Design Art & HouseA small dated powder room gets re-invented!
Our client was looking to update her powder room/laundry room, we designed and installed wood paneling to match the style of the house. Our client selected this fabulous wallpaper and choose a vibrant green for the wall paneling and all the trims, the white ceramic sink and toilet look fresh and clean. A long and narrow medicine cabinet with 2 white globe sconces completes the look, on the opposite side of the room the washer and drier are tucked in under a wood counter also painted green.
Enduring Domain ArchitectureThis laundry also acts as an entry airlock and mudroom. It is welcoming and has space to hide away mess if need be.
Fireclay TileFolding clothes doesn’t seem like a chore with this view. Handpainted Ensenito Tile in Cool Motif adorns this stunning laundry room’s accent wall, creating a space that’s both functional and beautiful.

Atlas ArchitectsSituated along the coastal foreshore of Inverloch surf beach, this 7.4 star energy efficient home represents a lifestyle change for our clients. ‘’The Nest’’, derived from its nestled-among-the-trees feel, is a peaceful dwelling integrated into the beautiful surrounding landscape.
Inspired by the quintessential Australian landscape, we used rustic tones of natural wood, grey brickwork and deep eucalyptus in the external palette to create a symbiotic relationship between the built form and nature.
The Nest is a home designed to be multi purpose and to facilitate the expansion and contraction of a family household. It integrates users with the external environment both visually and physically, to create a space fully embracive of nature.
LNDesignsThis reconfiguration project was a classic case of rooms not fit for purpose, with the back door leading directly into a home-office (not very productive when the family are in and out), so we reconfigured the spaces and the office became a utility room.
The area was kept tidy and clean with inbuilt cupboards, stacking the washer and tumble drier to save space. The Belfast sink was saved from the old utility room and complemented with beautiful Victorian-style mosaic flooring.
Now the family can kick off their boots and hang up their coats at the back door without muddying the house up!
Eco German KitchensFrom initial architect's concept, through the inevitable changes during construction and support during installation, Jeff and Sabine were both professional and very supportive. We have ended up with the dream kitchen we had hoped for and are thoroughly delighted! The choice and quality of their products was as good as any we had evaluated, while the personal touch and continuity we experienced affirmed we had made the right choice of supplier.
