Then it was time to use the special pieces I had reserved, along with modern new ones, some repairs and fresh paint here and there to revive this special gem in Willow Glen, CA for a new home owner to love.
DYM Builders Group, Inc.Transform your home with a new construction master bathroom remodel that embodies modern luxury. Two overhead square mirrors provide a spacious feel, reflecting light and making the room appear larger. Adding elegance, the wood cabinetry complements the white backsplash, and the gold and black fixtures create a sophisticated contrast. The hexagon flooring adds a unique touch and pairs perfectly with the white countertops. But the highlight of this remodel is the shower's niche and bench, alongside the freestanding bathtub ready for a relaxing soak.

I recently finished the design plans for the three bathrooms at the #themanchesterflip. I have also worked on a very cool master bathroom design project that has been approved and the work is scheduled to start by March. And then, there were the two fulls baths from #clientkoko that are now completed. Today I am happy to share the first one of them.

Finesse Design RemodelingA two-bed, two-bath condo located in the Historic Capitol Hill neighborhood of Washington, DC was reimagined with the clean lined sensibilities and celebration of beautiful materials found in Mid-Century Modern designs. A soothing gray-green color palette sets the backdrop for cherry cabinetry and white oak floors. Specialty lighting, handmade tile, and a slate clad corner fireplace further elevate the space. A new Trex deck with cable railing system connects the home to the outdoors.
Lexy DesignThis design was for an elderly client with slight mobility issues., We had a very tight space off of the bedroom. Several design and safety elements were incorporated into this project to make it more adapted.
