Louis Fusco Landscape Architects
Rescuing this 1945 Modernist Garden Pavilion from demolition, our clients embraced a landscape approach to restoration; replacing a deteriorating roof, with a sustainable alternative. Views interrupted by an aging icon, now beckon to explore this livable jewel of landscape art; completing the final phase of site development, where respect for nature and history prevailed. Additional site structures and amenities were integrated using environmental storm water controls, woodland restoration, wetland buffers and hillside stabilization measures.

Arterra Landscape Architects
Taking inspiration from the agrarian site and a rustic architectural vernacular this terraced hillside garden evolved in response to time and place. The design vision was to celebrate the site, preserve the oak trees, accentuate views and create opportunities for modern day recreation and play.

Mike Farley Pool Designer, SWD, ASLA
Bridgeport Freeform Infinity Pool & Cabana designed by Mike Farley. This is a clean, neat, tailored diving pool with a large shallow end for activities and swimming laps. There are multiple level flagstone decks, dry stacked retaining walls, and steps to deal with the hillside. Entertainment areas were placed on the sides and the back so not to block any views of the pool or grandchildren swimming. Fire bowls anchored the Vanishing Edge spillway and framed the view of the lake. The cabana provides shelter for the large kitchen and bar area. The back wall of the pool provides additional seating due to the grade and a place to gather around the fire pit. The spa provided good access to the master bedroom and floating pads provided transition between the two terraces.
Red Rock Pools and Spas and Red Rock Contractors
I am self-declaring this the worlds most complicated spa. We used board formed concrete corners with cast copper scuppers, levitating limestone steps, 11 person seating 30 jets, infinity edges and a massive fire bar that hangs off the back of the sp, and the mote and interiors are all glass tile
