Jeffery M Wolf General Contractor, Inc.this is the main living floor balcony off the kitchen. There is an outdoor fireplace with a grill, a double burner pot and a prep sink. The balcony has Phantom Screens that roll up in hidden tracks. The screens drop down to provide sun shade and insect protection. The screens are automated and work with a remote control.

Spire Integrated Systems Inc.Tucked away in the backwoods of Torch Lake, this home marries “rustic” with the sleek elegance of modern. The combination of wood, stone and metal textures embrace the charm of a classic farmhouse. Although this is not your average farmhouse. The home is outfitted with a high performing system that seamlessly works with the design and architecture.
The tall ceilings and windows allow ample natural light into the main room. Spire Integrated Systems installed Lutron QS Wireless motorized shades paired with Hartmann & Forbes windowcovers to offer privacy and block harsh light. The custom 18′ windowcover’s woven natural fabric complements the organic esthetics of the room. The shades are artfully concealed in the millwork when not in use.
Spire installed B&W in-ceiling speakers and Sonance invisible in-wall speakers to deliver ambient music that emanates throughout the space with no visual footprint. Spire also installed a Sonance Landscape Audio System so the homeowner can enjoy music outside.
Each system is easily controlled using Savant. Spire personalized the settings to the homeowner’s preference making controlling the home efficient and convenient.

Watershed ArchitectsThis town house is one of a pair, designed for clients to live in this one and sell the other. The house is set over three split levels comprising bedrooms on the upper levels, a mid level open-plan living area and a lower guest and family room area that connects to an outdoor terrace and swimming pool. Polished concrete floors offer durability and warmth via hydronic heating. Considered window placement and design ensure maximum light into the home while ensuring privacy. External screens offer further privacy and interest to the building facade.

The meticulously woven back is the next step in luxury furniture. The transparent look involves a great deal of precision in our production, ensuring that that sunlight passing through does not reveal any weave irregularities.
The superior quality of the materials used in the production means that the Kingston Outdoor garden lounge remains maintenance free, and can be left outside in all types of weather.
The Kingston sunchair was so popular in its original mocha colour, that an elegant graphite version was launched.
