French Villa guest bedroom features a king bed with cream tufted headboard and crema and beige velvet bedding. A built-in fireplace sitting along a marble stone wall acts at the focal point of the room. Exposed wood beams draw the eyes to the ceiling.

This master bedroom retreat got a dose of glam! Previously a dark, dreary room, we added softness with blush tones, warm gold, and a luxe navy velvet upholstered bed. Combining multiple textures of velvet, grasscloth, linen, fur, glass, wood, and metal - this bedroom exudes comfort and style.

Here we have the Istoria Premium prime grade engineered oak. Prime grade means its a cleaner grade so has very few knot's, it works especially well in this setting with the white walls and high white ceilings.

In this beautiful modern master suite, the previous traditional style bathroom was removed and a new clean, modern space was added using a neutral palette of light and dark grays in the porcelain tiles and wall colors. Counter tops were a crisp white quartz with white under mount sinks, and clean lines were used in the cabinet design. The fireplace was totally redesigned removing the old hearth and mantel and tiling flat against the fireplace wall to open the space.

Master Bedroom with beautiful chandelier and open space. Tons of windows that all for ample lighting. Two-sided fireplace and seating area with sectional couch.

Of note in the nearly 1,000-square-foot master suite are materials and textures that subtly telegraph in the outdoors, a Lazar specialty. Among them: white shiplap and cut stone that extend along the walls and ceiling, and clear past a gallery of windows that let in grand views of Hermosa Beach, blue water and all. “The view is forever,” Lazar points out, explaining that neighboring homes have reached the maximum height at which they can be built. “It can never be taken away.”
No matter the room, none of the property’s natural surroundings have been lost on the builder.
