The client purchased two 1971 condos in the ski resort and knocked them into one. They were after industrial lighting to complement the modern design ethic and after consulting with Any Old Lights settled on low-slung Revivals nautical aluminium pendant lights with a serious industrial design, coupled with our vintage double-sided steel ships' clocks.

Moody Master Bedroom

This spacious 1-bed flat in a Victorian stucco building in Holland Park area was empty and in need of decorating. The kitchen was freshened up with new tiles and a coat of paint on cupboards in a beautiful navy blue shade by Farrow and Ball (Stiffkey) - this gave it a new life and attractive contemporary look. We started by putting a console table and modern artwork in the spacious entrance to create a great first impression. The large living room was big enough to comfortable accommodate dining table and 6 chairs as well as a large trendy sofa and armchairs. Bedroom was dressed to connect with the green colour used in living room and with the carpet throughout the flat. We put some bistro style chairs and a large planter with flowers and greenery to make an inviting outside space.

Clever use of pattern defines the space and connects the room to the landscape outside. This extension on a 1930s family home provides the Master Bedroom with views of a leafy South London park from windows on three sides. So we wrapped the other walls in leaves too! The serene Scandinavian wallpaper frames the bed and bespoke headboard, creating a comfortable, warm focal point. A lick of paint breathed new life into a vintage dressing table, already owned by our client. Sustainable, affordable and oozing with deco glamour.
