MarvinThe 2021 Southern Living Idea House is inspiring on multiple levels. Dubbed the “forever home,” the concept was to design for all stages of life, with thoughtful spaces that meet the ever-evolving needs of families today.
Marvin products were chosen for this project to maximize the use of natural light, allow airflow from outdoors to indoors, and provide expansive views that overlook the Ohio River.
AmberthWe installed Terma radiators in this space, in a matte black colour. The flooring throughout this apartment is engineered oak.
Melinamade - Residential Design + InteriorsA Mid Century modern home built by a student of Eichler. This Eichler inspired home was completely renovated and restored to meet current structural, electrical, and energy efficiency codes as it was in serious disrepair when purchased as well as numerous and various design elements being inconsistent with the original architectural intent of the house from subsequent remodels.
Deborah Bettcher - Decorating Den InteriorsThe stars of this casual dining room are the custom trestle table and sideboard. The navy grasscloth wall covering offers a textured backdrop for the gorgeous abstract landscape painting by local artist, Georganna Lenssen. a wool woven rug with a bold tribal inspired design enlivens the space.The classic chandelier has a brushed gold finish and linen drum shade. Three round mirrors add sparkle. well placed accessories complete the decor
Nicole Arnold InteriorsRoom by room, we’re taking on this 1970’s home and bringing it into 2021’s aesthetic and functional desires. The homeowner’s started with the bar, lounge area, and dining room. Bright white paint sets the backdrop for these spaces and really brightens up what used to be light gold walls.
We leveraged their beautiful backyard landscape by incorporating organic patterns and earthy botanical colors to play off the nature just beyond the huge sliding doors.
Since the rooms are in one long galley orientation, the design flow was extremely important. Colors pop in the dining room chandelier (the showstopper that just makes this room “wow”) as well as in the artwork and pillows. The dining table, woven wood shades, and grasscloth offer multiple textures throughout the zones by adding depth, while the marble tops’ and tiles’ linear and geometric patterns give a balanced contrast to the other solids in the areas. The result? A beautiful and comfortable entertaining space!

Mon Concept HabitationAprès plusieurs visites d'appartement, nos clients décident d'orienter leurs recherches vers un bien à rénover afin de pouvoir personnaliser leur futur foyer.
Leur premier achat va se porter sur ce charmant 80 m2 situé au cœur de Paris. Souhaitant créer un bien intemporel, ils travaillent avec nos architectes sur des couleurs nudes, terracota et des touches boisées. Le blanc est également au RDV afin d'accentuer la luminosité de l'appartement qui est sur cour.
La cuisine a fait l'objet d'une optimisation pour obtenir une profondeur de 60cm et installer ainsi sur toute la longueur et la hauteur les rangements nécessaires pour être ultra-fonctionnelle. Elle se ferme par une élégante porte art déco dessinée par les architectes.
Dans les chambres, les rangements se multiplient ! Nous avons cloisonné des portes inutiles qui sont changées en bibliothèque; dans la suite parentale, nos experts ont créé une tête de lit sur-mesure et ajusté un dressing Ikea qui s'élève à présent jusqu'au plafond.
Bien qu'intemporel, ce bien n'en est pas moins singulier. A titre d'exemple, la salle de bain qui est un clin d'œil aux lavabos d'école ou encore le salon et son mur tapissé de petites feuilles dorées.
WhitespaceSunny, airy and carefree, the dining room is the epitome of a breezy summer’s day. A large open display unit filled with handpicked curios stimulates visual interest while adding cheer to the decor scheme. “We perpetuated the living room aesthetic with a base palette of white, while cutting the monotony with bright yellows and blues. We were particular about maintaining a European sensibility by way of colour, material and texture. We used royal blues, whites, greys and wines to curate a colour spectrum reminiscent of Europe. We complemented these hues with muted fabrics and subtle patterns, and plenty of pine wood.
Louis L'artisanThis dinning room opens up to the renovated main floor with oversize floor to ceiling patio doors, wood burning stove, custom wall cabinets with metal frame and frosted glass centers, two tone kitchen with natural patinated wood cabinets, leathered granite counters, oversize single pain opening window, custom hood fan with porcelain slab backsplash.
St. Pierre ConstructionDining room featuring light white oak flooring, custom built-in bench for additional seating, bookscases featuring wood shelves, horizontal shiplap walls, and a mushroom board ceiling.
YAMINI DESIGNSThis dining room is a play in textures. Textured wallcovering, a live edge dining table, a reflective globe chandelier harmonize together.
Benvenuti and SteinDining space with pass through to living room and kitchen has built -in buffet cabinets. Lighted cove ceiling creates cozy atmosphere.
