Julia Chasman DesignThe mid-century slanted ceiling of the open dining room creates a cozy but spacious area for a custom 9' dining table made of reclaimed oak, surrounded by 8 matching vintage Windsor chairs painted in Farrow & Ball's Green Smoke. Vintage mid-century wicker pendant is echoed by Moroccan straw accents with the plant stand, and wall fan. A large French colorful agricultural map adds charm and an unexpected twist to the decor.

Nicole Arnold InteriorsThis great home in Bent Tree, with stunning golf course views, was a delightful project! Due to unfortunate water damage, we were given the opportunity to redesign a beautiful dining room, kitchen and breakfast area in the coastal style this couple has enjoyed for decades. We were able to embrace all of the things they love: fine materials such as marble, the clean transitional aesthetic and light and bright areas. Our clients’ favorite color, blue, was strategically incorporated throughout the spaces in varying tones to create depth and interest. The kitchen was expanded to ensure functionality and provide oodles of storage. This peaceful and inviting retreat will surely be enjoyed for many years to come.
Rudloff Custom BuildersThe eating area connected to the kitchen is filled with light courtesy of the numerous windows and a set of French doors. The vaulted ceililng contributes to the airy feeling of the space.
Sleek and contemporary, this beautiful home is located in Villanova, PA. Blue, white and gold are the palette of this transitional design. With custom touches and an emphasis on flow and an open floor plan, the renovation included the kitchen, family room, butler’s pantry, mudroom, two powder rooms and floors.

ArchitectureLIVEOur design created a new, contemporary, first floor accommodation across the entire bungalow footprint with a new holistic design. The reconfiguration of the existing ground floor also allowed for the relocation of all principle living spaces on to the top floor as an upside down house layout in order to benefit from a southerly garden aspect.
The new open-plan kitchen, dining and living accommodation on the first floor is dual aspect, providing cross ventilation and a level bridge link to the garden terrace facilitated by the steeply sloping site.

streamlined kitchensHamptons style full house renovation in Mosman including shaker style kitchen, fireplace/bookshelf, vanities and linen.
Haven Design and ConstructionThe lovely dining area in this home is directly off of the kitchen area. The cascading pendant light features hand-blown glass raindrops that glisten in the sunlight. The sloped ceiling and architectural windows highlight the stunning view of the foothills of the Rocky Mountains and an award-winning golf course. Terraced walls shield the lap pool from view of the golfers. The streamlined dining table and chairs provide a comfortable spot to take in the beautiful panoramic views.
TruKitchensIn this organic modern kitchen, Nut Brown walnut cabinets in a custom paneled door style from Grabill Cabinets show off the beauty of natural wood. The large format porcelain tile with prominent black veining used for the backsplash and range hood lend contrast and an organic silhouette. White Dove perimeter and upper cabinetry from Grabill Cabinets, along with white countertops and white pendant lighting, keep the color palette fresh and airy.
