The dining area within this contemporary kitchen features a built-in bench set within the island with a bespoke oval dining table.

This dining space, part of the New England & Cape Cod–inspired home by Studio212 Ltd, is designed to celebrate connection with the outdoors. Expansive sliding glass doors open the room directly onto the terrace and lush garden by Victoria Truman Garden Design, creating a sense of dining within nature.
A stone-topped dining table is surrounded by upholstered chairs that balance comfort and style, sitting on a neutral rug that defines the zone within the open-plan layout. The simple pendant light above ensures intimacy, while fresh flowers on the table reinforce the natural dialogue between indoors and outdoors.
This composition demonstrates how architecture and landscape come together to create a calm, elegant setting for everyday meals and entertaining alike.

The room was used as a home office, by opening the kitchen onto it, we've created a warm and inviting space, where the family loves gathering.

We built a large banquette seating area in the open plan dining area of the broken plan kitchen our Wandsworth Common Family Home. We also added sliding Crittal style aluminium doors, oak parquet flooring and dramatic wall lights.

A beautifully crafted marble dining table is elegantly positioned in an open space, connecting to the cosy living room. Its smooth surface reflects light, creating a sophisticated and elegant atmosphere perfect for gatherings and family meals.

House 1915 is a historically significant home, and Stage 1 of this design project is centred around preserving and transforming the front portion of the property.
Paying careful attention to its heritage listing, the transformation respects the house's architectural legacy while blending modern design elements throughout to create a beautiful and functional home for its Owners.
Our scope of work focused on the Entry, Formal Dining, Formal Living, and Master Bedroom. By preserving the original layout of each room, whilst honouring their architectural integrity, we introduced a modern and functional perspective through our curated furniture selection.
The end result marries classic design and contemporary style to create a home that is both timeless and practical.

This wide-angle view captures the seamless open-plan flow between kitchen, dining, and living areas — a space designed for modern family living while celebrating the home’s period bones. The layout is anchored by exposed red brick columns, which create gentle thresholds between zones without disrupting light or openness.
The kitchen is calm and elegant, with light grey shaker cabinetry, marble-effect countertops, and a pair of brass dome pendant lights that lend a warm metallic accent above the breakfast bar. Classic touches like the butler-style sink, open shelving, and a vintage wall clock give the space character and familiarity, while slim bar stools with timber seats echo the dining table’s materials for visual consistency.
The dining area extends toward the garden with curved black-framed French doors, offering framed views of greenery and a strong indoor-outdoor connection. A bespoke oak dining table and benches reinforce the room’s laid-back tone, while classic crown mouldings and subtle colour shifts across the walls maintain cohesion.
Together, these spaces feel inviting, layered, and tailored — a home equally suited for quiet evenings and entertaining at scale.

Située dans une immense pièce, la zone repas est marquée par un jeux de poutres bois asymétrique
