Agence CréHouseNotre mission consistait à créer une maison individuelle d’environ 220 m² habitables avec un garage de 60 m².
Le projet incluait également une piscine d’environ 9×4 avec terrasses et pool-house.
Le concept : une maison ouverte sur l’extérieur avec une terrasse couverte pour créer de belles relation dehors-dedans. Une maison également ouverte sur elle-même avec des relations intérieures, un vide sur séjour et un patio.
L’implantation de la future villa a fait l’objet d’une attention toute particulière car le terrain comptait des arbres (pins et chênes lièges). Ces derniers ont été conservés au maximum.

Maud Beaugrand-Bernard ArchitecteUne cuisine permettant un espace de salle-à-manger suffisant pour recevoir 10 personnes dans cet espace sur deux niveaux pour une famille de 5 personnes. Des meubles sur mesure sous l'escalier pour cacher les rangements et le réfrigérateur. Un escalier en ch^ne sur mesure épuré et traité à l'huile pour se synchroniser avec le parquet.

Thomas AlexanderOur bespoke staircase was designed meticulously with the joiner and steelwork fabricator. The wrapping Beech Treads and risers and expressed with a shadow gap above the simple plaster finish.
The steel balustrade continues to the first floor and is under constant tension from the steel yachting wire.

Jarrods StaircasesOur brief for this new monolithic staircase was to look more like a piece of art than a staircase. The staircase sits in a Grade 2 listed building and complements the period interior beautifully! The once old makeshift staircase which accessed the former servant’s quarters of the property was transformed to give them access to the loft space which they had totally renovated. After sitting down with the Donohoe’s and looking through mood boards, we came up with this design and colour wash. The substrate of the staircase was made from solid oak with our new arctic white wash finish, giving it a clean, fresh Scandinavian look. What do you think?
